Under the background of economic globalization,overseas markets have become an important way for the sustainable development of petroleum industry enterprises.T Oil and Gas Pipeline Design Company has laid a certain foundation for development in overseas markets,forming five major oil and gas project gathering areas in Southeast Asia,the Middle East,Russia,Central Asia,and the Americas.Based on the relevant theoretical research of development strategy,this paper analyzes the status of T company’s overseas market’s "national center strategy" of international expansion,and finds that after T company has implemented the "national center strategy" of international expansion in overseas markets,T company 2014 Compared with the data in 2018,the operating income decreased from 129.662 million yuan to 124.68 million yuan,and the total profit decreased from 197.1 million yuan to 168.57 million yuan.Some progress has been made in the business development in the past five years,but the operating performance has always stayed in place.The halt,the total operating income and total profits did not increase but fell.It shows that the national center strategy has not promoted the further development of T company.There are still some problems in the strategy.The "national center strategy" does not fully meet the current development needs of T company’s overseas market.In order to cope with the fiercer competition in the overseas market,this paper analyzes the operating environment of T’s overseas market by using PEST,Porter’s five-force model,and SWOT,and proposes the construction of a “global center strategy” for the international expansion of T’s overseas market and changes the previous T’s overseas market.Regarding the host country’s inadequate problems,obtain globalization of resources,channels,and talents,and provide guarantees in terms of organization,technology,risk control,corporate culture,human resources,and informatization,and provide references and references for T’s overseas market development.The conclusion of the research shows that the potential threat of potential competitors facing T companies is relatively small,the existing competitors have greater threats to competition,the bargaining power of consumers is weaker,some overseas core technology suppliers have stronger bargaining power,and the threat of substitutes is weaker.Through a comprehensive analysis of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,we can see that T company currently has talent advantages,technical advantages,safety and environmental protection advantages;there are disadvantages of insufficient core competitiveness and lack of management talents;ushering in the trend of economic globalization,With the strong support of the Chinese government and the opportunity to increase the domestic production rate of pipeline equipment,we are facing a shift from price competition to technological competition,malicious competition still exists,and economic downside risks are challenges.Through theoretical explanation,environmental analysis,and competition analysis,T company’s overseas market development strategy should follow the corresponding principles.The strategic positioning of T company’s overseas market development is: taking South America,North America,and the Middle East as the core,and Africa,Central Asia,and Russia.Focus on the region,and actively expand the Southeast Asian market.Based on the development of T company,this article suggests that it choose so strategy.
