The ultra deep and high temperature carbonate reservoir in Shunbei area is a new development block with poor porosity and permeability,which is conducive to the formation of a constant volume reservoir.The reservoir has low pore-throat coordination,poor connectivity,strong heterogeneity,high fracture pressure,and high expansion pressure.Therefore,it is difficult to use the traditional reservoir stimulation technology.In this paper,the method of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research is used to deal with a series of difficulties in the reconstruction of reservoirs with constant volume characteristics in Shunbei.The change of formation pressure in the process of production is calculated through theoretical analysis numerical simulation,as well as the timing of acid fracturing.The change of bottom hole pressure and formation pressure in the process of injection is studied,and the parameters of pressure compensation are optimized through reservoir numerical simulation.Then,the influencing factors and rules of acid corrosion fracture conductivity in deep carbonate are studied through the experiment of acid corrosion fracture conductivity,so as to build fracture high conductivity after expansion.Then the experiment is carried out to evaluate the performance of the temporary plugging agent,so that the type and amount of the temporary plugging agent can be optimized.Finally,a set of high production acid fracturing technology is formed through theoretical analysis,process comparison and analysis,combined with the results of acid fracturing numerical simulation,namely,the transformation of sliding water + fracturing fluid +acid fluid + temporary plugging + fracturing fluid + acid fluid + replacement fluid Technology.The process can effectively reduce the acid fluid loss in the process of reservior expansion and acid fracturing construction,improve the effective acting distance of acid fluid,and form a high fracture conductivity,so as to realize the volume expansion and reconstruction of the reservoir with constant volume characteristics.This paper aims to guide the transformation of Shunbei constant volume reservoirs,develop the acid fracturing technology system,and provide some reference for the development of similar deep fracture cave carbonate reservoirs.
