| Natural gas often carries a large amount of impurities in the process of mining and transportation.The impurities will affect the accuracy of instruments on the pipeline,even seriously affect the safety of pipeline operation.On the past,the research and experiment of natural gas filter were carried out in atmospheric environment.Some filter elements performed well in the laboratory,but not good enough in actual gas stations,even the expensive foreign filter elements.Compared with normal pressure,the filter material in a high-pressure environment will change significantly,and the filtration mechanism of the particles may also be different.However,there is no highpressure experimental platform be used for the study of the natural gas filter filtration at present.In this thesis,a set of high-pressure gas filtration performance evaluation experiment system that can be used for the research of the filtration performance of natural gas filter is designed,through a lot of investigation and calculation.By making high-pressure gas from environment air,a controllable adjustment system can produce different pressures and flows in the test.Combined with reality,a combined compressor system is designed,which can greatly reduce power 24%~50% when generating low and medium pressure gas.In order to facilitate other researchers to build similar devices,I have also established a set of rapid model selection,which can conveniently select various equipment required by the device.In view of the difficulty of,a set of aerosol generators to generating aerosols in high-pressure environments was designed,which based on the principle of diesel engines atomizing diesel.I also designed the nozzles to make them available for other reagents in the laboratory.In order to sample and measure high-pressure gas,a set of sampling and measuring devices was used.The key equipment,particle size spectrometer was calibrated and the deviation was corrected.By conducting a complete natural gas filter filtration performance experiment in the laboratory,combined with the on-site experimental situation,I point out the direction of while doing experiment on high pressure gases.I hope my works can lay some foundation for the study of natural gas filtration and purification technology. |
