Polyacrylamide is an important chemical product.It can be applied to various industries such as life,diet,chemical synthesis,medical and pharmaceutical industries.Acrylamide polymers have low toxicity and wide application range.However,acrylamide does not react adequately in the polymerization process.At the same time,polyacrylamide still has natural degradation.Acrylamide monomer has great toxicity.It has an impact on the natural ecological structure,the development of human health and the development of green environmental protection.In this paper,the methods of GB/T 15441-1995,SY6788-2010 and ISO 11348-3 were used for reference.Vibrio fischeri was used to determine the biological toxicity.The method of controlling variables was used to study and establish the toxicity test method of acrylamide oilfield.Comparing the difference between standard and luminous bacteria at home and abroad,it can be seen that the error of the same sample is 5%within the same condition of photobacterium phosphoreum T3 and vibrio Fisher.The Vibrio fisher can replace the photobacterium phosphoreum T3,and vibrio fisher can be used as a temporary substitute strain for biological toxicity test.Through the difference between the standards,using Vibrio Fisher instead of photobacterium phosphoreum T3 to establish a temporary biological toxicity measurement method.The results show that Vibrio Fisher can be used as a temporary substitute for photobacterium phosphoreum T3 from the aspects of economy and use.The standard curve of acrylamide monomer residue in commonly used additives for drilling fluids can be used as a reference for subsequent regression equation.Compared with UV spectrophotometer,the luminescent bacteria method can simulate the changes of external conditions better and faster,but the accuracy is not enough.The lack of accurate quantitative data is a defect.Vibrio fisher can be used for the measurement of various pollutants,and the sensitivity to different pollutants varies.Considering the characteristics of drilling fluid industry,the viscosity,chroma,salinity and solid liquid insoluble system were explored.The effects of viscosity,chroma,salinity and solid liquid insoluble system on the measurement of luminous intensity were analyzed.The viscosity had little effect on the biological toxicity in the dilution range.After correction and pretreatment,the color had little effect on the biological toxicity,and the salinity had a great influence on the biological toxicity.The solid liquid insoluble system should depend on the dispersion of the toxic substances.The concentration of toxic substances in solids will be removed after differential centrifugation,resulting in larger biological toxicity.Finally,a set of biotoxicity test methods suitable for drilling fluid system is established.This paper aims to establish a suitable biological toxicity test method for drilling fluid direction according to the existing standards at home and abroad,and study the accuracy and influencing factors of the luminescent bacteria,and verify the characteristics of the rapid,convenient and easy operation of the luminescent bacteria method,which can provide experimental guidance for our biological toxicity testing methods.
