With the continuous improvement of the power and quality of laser equipment,the application fields of laser cutting in modern industry are becoming more and more extensive,and the requirements for the quality of laser cutting processing are getting higher and higher.As a complex optical and thermal processing process,laser cutting has many factors that affect its processing quality,and there is a lack of relevant quality evaluation standards in China,The manufacturers lacks quality control and compensation methods,so laser cutting can only be applied to blanking and roughing processes at present.Studying the law of the influence of laser cutting process parameters on processing quality and summarizing the relevant error compensation formulas are conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of laser cutting processing and saving processing costs.It has theoretical significance and engineering value for the process research and error compensation research of the laser cutting process.Numerical simulation and experimental research are carried out to research the above problems,and the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the current laser processing equipment and technology,the process factors that may affect the processing quality are screened out:cutting speed,auxiliary gas pressure,laser power,focal length,sheet thickness,part size,layout spacing,cutting order.And relative dimensional error,cutting surface roughness,melting layer size and slag size are selected as the quality evaluation indicators of laser cutting.(2)A simplified numerical analysis model of laser cutting was established in ANSYS Workbench,and the influence of process parameters(laser power,cutting speed,sheet thickness,focal length,etc.)on the coupling field and processing quality(relative dimension error,cutting surface roughness,melting layer size,slag size)was obtained,and analyzed and predicted the processing quality.(3)A single factor test was carried out,it compared with the law obtained by numerical simulation,and it proved the reliability of the simulation model and the results,after testing,cutting speed,auxiliary gas pressure,laser power and focal length have the greatest impact on processing quality.Selecting the error compensation model and combining with the orthogonal test,the optimal process parameters and error compensation formula of laser cutting are obtained.(4)A verification test was carried out to verify the error compensation formula obtained,which proved the accuracy of the error compensation formula.And the compensation value calculated by the formula was used for error compensation,the laser cutting processing quality after compensation was significantly improved.
