| In order to meet the requirements of lightweight aerospace electronic equipment and the increasingly limited space,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of traditional single-material shell vapor chambers,and proposes a lightweight aluminum-copper composite plate vapor chamber.The plate can effectively combine the advantages of aluminum and copper vapor chambers.The experimental results show that the copper-aluminum composite plate vapor chamber in this article not only has excellent heat transfer characteristics,but also achieves the light weight and low cost of the vapor chamber.The specific research work of this article is as follows:(1)Research on Manufacturing Process of Vapor chamber of Copper-Aluminum Composite PlateThe principle of the copper-aluminum composite plate casting and rolling process is introduced,and the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the composite plate are tested.Prepared wicks,namely Concave hole groove wick(CHGW)and Sintered copper powder wick(SCPW).The processing technology of the vapor chamber of the copperaluminum composite plate is studied and the relevant processing parameters are determined.(2)Characterization of wick capillary limitThe microscopic morphology of the wick was observed with a scanning electron microscope,and the porosity and contact angle of the wick of the experimental vapor chamber were measured.Infrared thermal imaging was used to study the speed and height of the capillary rise of the wick,and a comprehensive evaluation model K/Reff based on capillary performance was established.By comparing the theoretical capillary limit of the inner concave hole array micro-groove wick and the copper powder wick,Study the effect of surface oxidation corrosion on the capillary performance of the wick and its mechanism,and verify the strengthening effect of micro-nano particles on the capillary performance of the wick.(3)Characterization of Thermal Characteristics of Vapor chamber of Copper-Aluminum Composite PlatePrepared copper powder sintered liquid absorbing core vapor chamber,studied the starting performance,steady-state thermal resistance and temperature field distribution of SCPW vapor chamber,and analyzed the influence of working angle and cooling power on its performance.Research shows that: SCPW vapor chamber has excellent starting performance and anti-gravity performance.(4)Parameter optimization of copper-aluminum composite plate vapor chamber based on copper powder sintered wickEstablish the thermal resistance model of the vapor chamber;explore the influence of the structure and process parameters such as the number of copper powder meshes,the thickness of the wick,the spacing of the support columns,the amount of infusion and the infusion ratio of the mixed refrigerant on the heat transfer characteristics of the SCPW vapor chamber. |
