In this paper,solar ultraviolet irradiation simulator was used to conduct ultraviolet irradiation test on silicone rubber,and high frequency and high voltage electron accelerator was used to conduct electron irradiation tests on silicone rubber and thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)materials.The tensile properties of silicone rubber and thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)materials before and after irradiation were tested,and the irradiation damage mechanism of silicone rubber and TPU materials was discussed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),contact angle,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The experimental results show that UV irradiation and electron irradiation can break the bond of the finger sleeve silica gel sample,which leads to the decrease of tensile strength,the increase of elongation at break,the decrease of contact angle,the increase of surface energy,the deterioration of hydrophobicity,the decrease of thermal stability and crystallinity,and the decrease of storage modulus and glass transition temperature(Tg).After UV irradiation,there were broken bonds and cross-linking in the clamp adhesive plaster silica gel,and the tensile strength and crystallinity decreased.After electron irradiation,the clamp adhesive plaster silica gel samples were mainly crosslinked,and the tensile strength and crystallinity were improved.UV and electron irradiation can reduce the elongation at break,contact angle,thermal stability,storage modulus and glass transition temperature(Tg)of clamp adhesive plaster silica gel samples.Electron irradiation increased the hydrogen bond content and crystallinity in TPU(0.4)sample,resulting in an increase in tensile strength and a decrease in elongation at break.The thermal stability,storage modulus and glass transition temperature(Tg)increased.Electron irradiation reduced the hydrogen bond content and crystallinity in TPU(42)sample,resulting in the decrease of tensile strength and the increase of elongation at break.Thermal stability,storage modulus and glass transition temperature(Tg)decreased.
