The next generation of materials used to replace human hard tissues is likely to be titanium alloys that do not contain cytotoxic elements,do not cause neurological diseases,and do not cause allergic reactions.To study a new type of titanium alloy artificial joint material that has good fusion performance with the human body and can play a long-term service after implantation in the human body.It can be used for diagnosis,treatment,repair or replacement of human tissue,or to enhance its function.The unique curative effect of medical materials cannot be replaced by general drugs.According to the current domestic and foreign applications of biomedical materials in artificial hip joints,it is shown that the focus of research in this field in the future is to first study the biocompatibility,mechanical compatibility,wear and corrosion resistance of materials outside the human body.Such basic issues can further improve the biological safety of biomaterials implanted in the human body and the long-term service issues.This article mainly starts from two aspects.The first aspect is the material body-the development of a new type of titanium alloy material with excellent properties;the second aspect is the material surface-the use of surface treatment to improve the anti-friction and anti-friction properties of the titanium alloy.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Using non-destructive ultrasonic testing as the theoretical method,the transverse wave and longitudinal wave are measured for several titanium alloy materials with different silicon content,and then the mechanical properties of titanium-based metal materials include: Poisson's ratio,elastic modulus,shear Modulus.(2)Solve the Reynolds equation with the finite difference method,use Matlab programming to study the dimensionless pressure values under different parameters of the circular and elliptical microtextures,analyze and compare the microtexture parameters with the best antifriction performance.(3)Based on Reynolds equation,use picosecond processing technology to process three circular micro-pits and elliptical micro-pits(the major axis of the ellipse is 100?m,150?m,200?m)with a surface coverage rate of 20% and a pit depth of 10?m.150?m,the short axis is100?m,the angle between the long axis of the ellipse and the long side of the sample ?=0°?45°?90°),the same width grid micro groove(groove width B =100?m,150?m and200?m);The friction and wear experiment was carried out under the conditions of simulating human body lubrication method,human body temperature and conditions.The experiment obtained three parameters of wear rate,wear scar depth,and friction coefficient,and compared the anti-friction effects of different textures with the characterization of the wear scar morphology after wear.Through analysis,the texture topography with the best anti-friction effect is obtained.The actual experimental conclusions fit the simulation conclusions.In this paper,through a comprehensive study of the material body and material surface used for artificial hip joints,a series of properties of artificial hip joint materials can be improved,so that they can play the best effect after implantation in the human body,and for the clinical application of artificial hip replacement has practical significance.
