With the promotion of ultra-low emission policy of environmental protection department,new requirements have been put forward for CO emission on the basis of strict requirements for SO2,NOX,dioxin and other conventional pollutants.In view of the problem of high CO content in sintering flue gas,the CO emission law in sintering flue gas was deeply studied by means of coke particle size optimization,carbon reduction,flue gas circulation and other technologies starting from the source and combining with process control.The optimization of coke particle size showed that the CO concentration decreased with the increase of coke particle size.Among them,the coke particle size is 3 ? 5 mm,and the CO concentration was reduced by 46.84%.The study of carbon allocation reduction showed that CO concentration decreased by 25.55% on average when carbon allocation decreased by 0.2% from 3.5%.The additive research showed that the additive 1#,2#,3# and 4# reduced by 14.98%,29.60%,27.44% and 17.3% respectively compared with the baseline CO concentration;The results of sintering surface drilling showed that the CO concentration decreased with the increase of drilling density.Among them,the high density drilling reduced by 38.22% compared with the benchmark.The reserch of flue gas circulation showed that when the flue gas circulation volume was 20%,30% and 60%,the CO concentration decreased by 23.42%,34.15% and 13.24%compared with the baseline,respectively.When the flue gas circulation volume is 60%,the sinter strength deteriorates sharply.Based on this,the flue gas was sintered with oxygen enrichment at 30% circulation.When the oxygen enrichment was 21%,the CO concentration decreased by 47.91% compared with the baseline.In order to further reduce the CO concentration,the CO concentration is reduced by 57.62% compared with the baseline by using the flue gas circulating oxygen enrichment 21% combined with the sintering material surface high-density drilling technology.Figure 69;Table 22;Reference 66...
