With the gradual development of mineral resources exploitation to a deeper level,and the complex underground environment,once the coal mine accident occurs,the impact of coal mine accidents on personnel and economic is enormous.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control,establish a perfect emergency rescue system,combine with the new requirements of the new era,and then apply computer technology to the prevention and control of mine disasters.These measures can provide more effective guidance for emergency rescue.Aiming at improving mine emergency capability,combined with software development,Geographic Information System(GIS),ASP.NET technology and so on.The purpose was to develop an efficient emergency system with simple interface,which integrated emergency rescue,simulation exercise and system management function.First of all,the research of emergency system,emergency plan was analyzed,and the importance of constructing an efficient emergency system was pointed out.Then the basic situation of the system of a coal mine in Hebei Province was introduced,and the risk matrix method was used to classify the risks of each system in the coal mine.Then,based on the possible disasters caused by the risk sources of major risk levels and combined with the relevant needs,the model of coal mine emergency system was constructed.Emergency rescue,basic information management,risk analysis and emergency drills can be realized.The purpose and principle of the system design were defined,and GIS,ASP.NET,database technology used in the system development were summarized.The system was based on the B/S architecture.It used the C# language and SQL database to store and manage the information.It also used the GIS technology to register,publish and realize a series of functions of electronic map.Finally,on the basis of the completion of the system development,the system was tested and applied to a coal mine in Hebei Province,and the rationality of the emergency system was verified.Figure 25;Table 24;Reference 50... |
