| Petroleum is called "the blood of industry".As one of the most important devices in the oil refining process,the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit has played an important role in my country’s industrialization construction.The process pipeline is an important part of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,and its function is to connect the equipment and transportation medium in the device.The safe operation of the pipeline affects the safe production and benefits of the entire refinery.However,with the complexity of the pipeline structure and the deterioration of oil products,its corrosion problem has become increasingly prominent and has become the main reason that affects the service life of the pipeline.Corrosion damage not only restricts the normal operation of the device,but also causes frequent accidents such as leakage,rupture,and perforation due to corrosion,resulting in huge casualties and economic losses.In order to prevent such incidents from happening,the research and application of risk assessment,pipeline inspection and remaining life analysis will be closely integrated,and the precise selection of monitoring points will be correlated with media properties and fluid state analysis,and finally the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit can operate safely and reliably.The goal of this article is to conduct the following research:This article takes the complete set of atmospheric and vacuum distillation equipment pipelines as the research object,and proposes the concept of worker safety evaluation through biorhythm technology and uses it to optimize the risk-based inspection(RBI)technology.At the same time,the technology is used to carry out pipeline risk assessment research to screen out high-risk installations.Pipelines;then for high-risk pipelines,the pipeline detection technology is combined with the pipeline fluid finite element analysis technology,and the powerful simulation analysis function of the fluent module of ANSYS software is used to fully consider the flow characteristics and the results under the coupling effect of flow and corrosion.Accurate selection of monitoring points to obtain accurate corrosion data;for high-risk pipeline long-term inspection data,the pipeline corrosion rate is predicted through data mining technology,and the remaining life of the pipeline is estimated based on the predicted corrosion rate.In the application of specific cases,this paper found that the introduction of unconscious influence factors of workers based on biological rhythms will improve the risk level of RBI technology to assess pipelines;the use of finite element analysis technology to simulate pipeline fluids is conducive to accurate selection of corrosion detection sites;applications The optimized gray system prediction model improves the prediction accuracy of pipeline corrosion rate.Through the research work in this paper,the risk assessment,corrosion pipeline simulation and residual life prediction technology based on data mining technology have been combined,and systematic technical support is provided for solving the corrosion problems of atmospheric and vacuum equipment pipelines,which is helpful for improving The pipeline life of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit has important theoretical significance and practical application value to ensure the safe production of petroleum refining and chemical enterprises,and to improve the economic benefits of petroleum refining and chemical enterprises. |
