The development of most oil and gas fields in my country has entered the middle and late stages. The water content of oilfields continues to increase, and the concentration of scaling ions in the oilfield aqueous solution increases.Accumulation and scaling can be seen everywhere, affecting the production and development of oilfields.Barium sulfate scale is hard and difficult to handle, and the problem of barium sulfate scale is a major problem in oilfield scaling. At present, there have been many researches on the prevention and treatment of barium sulfate scale both at home and abroad, mainly using chemical anti-scaling methods for scale inhibition.Although phosphorus-containing anti-scaling agents can exert a good anti-scaling effect, such anti-scaling agents emit high levels of phosphorus and destroy the water ecosystem.Today's society is increasingly advocating the concept of environmental protection, and the development of non-phosphorus,nontoxic,green and environmentally friendly scale inhibitors has naturally become the current research hotpot for solving the problem of oilfield scaling. This paper aims to synthesize a non-phosphorus,non-toxic,green and efficient environmentally friendly barium sulfate salt anti-scaling agent, and evaluate its static antiscaling performance.Through the discussion of oilfield scaling mechanism and antiscaling mechanism, the introduction of carboxylic acid groups and sulfonic acid groups into the anti-scaling agent molecules is mainly used to enhance the chelating and solubilizing effect of the anti-scaling agent molecules, thereby increasing the anti-scaling agent molecules. The anti-scaling ability. This thesis selects maleic anhydride(MA)containing dicarboxylic acid groups and acrylic acid(AA)containing monocarboxylic acid groups,as well as sodium propylene sulfonate(SAS)and methacrylic acid containing sulfonic acid groups.Sodium(SMAS)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)are reactive monomers.Under the initiation of the redox system initiator, hydrogen peroxide-ammonium ferrous sulfate,at a temperature of80°C Under the condition of 5h,six kinds of barium sulfate antiscalants with different proportions were synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization method.A nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer was used to characterize and analyze the hydrogen element in the molecular structure of the synthesized product, and it was determined that the reaction product was the target polymerization product. In the evaluation experiment of anti-scaling performance of barium sulfate antiscaling agent, the influence of anti-scaling agent concentration, temperature, time and p H value of solution on anti-scaling performance was studied. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The anti-scaling effect of the binary copolymer anti-scaling agent is worse than that of the terpolymer anti-scaling agent.Among them,SAS monomer>AMPS monomer>SMAS monomer, where MA-AA-SAS anti-scaling agent has an anti-scaling rate of 70%;(2)The terpolymer anti-scaling agent containing two sulfonic acid group monomers is better than the terpolymer containing one sulfonic acid group monomer Anti-scaling agent, among them,MA-AMPS-SAS has the best anti-scaling efficiency, reaching 82%;(3)The content of sulfonic acid group-containing monomers increases, and the anti-scaling performance of the anti-scaling agent is enhanced. When it is 67%,the anti-scaling rate can reach up to about 82%.(4)When the concentration of the antiscaling agent is 60 ppm,the constant temperature is 70°C,the constant-temperature time is 24 h,and the p H of the solution is 6-8,the anti-scaling effect of barium sulfate antiscalant is the best. When the constant temperature and time continue to increase, the barium sulfate anti-scaling agent still has a certain anti-scaling effect.
