The melt spinning method to prepare ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber is the good way to promote it to the civilian field,because the melt spinning method has the advantages of low cost,environmental protection and simple process.However,in the process of melt-spinning UHMWPE fiber,there are problems such as extrusion fracture,extrusion swelling and the difficulty of continuous secondary hot drawing process,and it is difficult to achieve stable melt-spinning UHMWPE fiber.UHMWPE fiber prepared by melt spinning method is mostly concentrated in the single-hole monofilament spinning process.The monofilament process can be explored experimentally,but it is difficult to meet the requirements of industrial production.In this paper,on the basis of the UHMWPE/HDPE/Si02 blending system,we continued to use lubricants to further modify the blended materials,and analyzed the effect of adding high-density oxidized polyethylene wax(OPE)on the blended nascent silk and blended fibers.At the same time,it developed a 10-hole UHMWPE special spinneret and a melt spinning process for multi-head UHMWPE fibers,realized the spinning of medium and high-strength fibers.The main research work is as follows:1.On the basis of UHMWPE single-hole spinneret and ordinary multi-hole spinneret,a double-cone angle transition porous spinneret with split cone was designed.And used POLYFLOW software to simulate and calculated spinnerets with different structures and different numbers of spinneret holes.By comparing parameters such as flow rate,pressure and shear rate,explored the improvement effect of the spinneret and the influence of the number of spinneret holes on the melt flow.Experiments to explore the effect of micropore length-diameter ratio on the tensile strength,crystallinity,surface roughness and other properties of blended spun yarn and blended fiber.designed a special UHMWPE fiber spinneret with a split cone.2.The modified blend material system was further optimized by adding the lubricant OPE,and the influence of the lubricant addition amount on the fluidity and extrusion distortion of the blend melt was explored.Aanalyzed its role in the process of spinning UHMWPE blended fiber3.Analyzed the influence of spinning component temperature,melt pump speed,spun yarn winding speed and hot drawing temperature on the continuity of the multi-end fiber spinning process and product quality.Explored the best way to cooperate between the various processes,realized the continuous spinning of multi-end fibers,and obtained medium and high-strength multi-end fiber products.
