A large amount of high-concentration organic wastewater is produced during the processing of natural rubber,which seriously affects the ecological environment and has become an important goal of environmental pollution control in Yunnan Province.Therefore,it is particularly important to seek a lowconsumption and high-efficiency treatment process for natural rubber wastewater.In this paper,for the natural rubber processing wastewater in Yunnan Province,the membrane process is used to carry out application research on wastewater treatment and explore more efficient wastewater treatment processes.This paper first studied the influence of different process conditions on the forward osmosis process.The best performance MgCl2 was selected as the draw solute.When the concentration of the forward osmosis draw solution is 1mol/L,the flow rate on the feed side is 55 LPH,and the flow rate of the draw solute on the draw side is 25 LPH,the active layer of the forward osmosis membrane faces the feed side,and when the transmembrane pressure is Obar,the water flux and reverse salt flux perform best,and the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of the water sample shows that the forward osmosis membrane intercepts the absolute Most organic substances,but the ammonia nitrogen retention effect is not good.At the same time,in the forward osmosis process,the diluted draw solution is recovered by the reverse osmosis process.The results show that under the operating pressure of 3.5 MPa,the water flux of the reverse osmosis membrane is better,and the desalination rate of the draw solution is more than 97%,which can realize the recovery of the draw solute.After that,the osmosis-reverse osmosis joint technology is being used to systematically treat the wastewater.In the process of pretreatment with microfiltration,when the operating pressure is 2 bar,the turbidity of the wastewater drops below 1 NTU.Use MgCl2 as the extraction solution to treat the natural rubber wastewater in July and October 2020 respectively.Different process conditions are selected,including the addition of acid and scale inhibitor as the pretreatment means of the forward osmosis process,and the use of different reverse osmosis membrane.The results show that when scale inhibitors are added and reverse osmosis membranes with a higher salt rejection rate(99%)are used,the entire process has a good treatment effect on natural rubber wastewater,and the final effluent COD drops below 20 mg/L,NH3-N concentration dropped to 10 mg/L,TP concentration dropped below 0.5 mg/L,the entire process achieved a water recovery rate of 99%,a more comprehensive analysis of the final water produced,the water quality reached the industrial water reuse standard,and Succeeded in extracting quebrachitol from the concentrated liquid.Finally,an economic analysis of the entire process is carried out,and the total cost of the entire process is calculated as CNY 3.168/m3.In summary,the use of membrane technology to achieve high-efficiency treatment of natural rubber wastewater,to achieve water reuse,and has good economic efficiency,and provides important guiding significance for the real industrial application of future processes.
