| Natural latex pillows,latex cushions and other products are favored by domestic consumers because of their unique rebound resilience and porous structure.However,domestic high-quality natural latex pillows,latex cushions and other products still depend on imports.Starting with latex pillows,this paper studied the preparation and performance of natural latex foam materials through formula and technology,in order to obtain excellent latex pillow products,realize self-reliance and replace imports.The main research work of this paper was as follows:(1)The samples of latex pillows abroad were analyzed to obtain its basic mechanics and bubble size distributionAccording to the analysis results,the preparation and properties of natural latex foaming materials were explored from the two aspects of formula and technology.The final results showed that the foaming ratio of the sample was 13 times,the rebound rate falling ball was 79%,the indentation hardness was 4.4,and the 75%compression set was 3%.The comprehensive performance of the sample was better than the foreign sample and met the requirements of the FZ/T 62036-2017 standard.(2)Using latex pillow mold to prepare latex pillow samples,the problems of hard skin on the surface and uneven distribution of internal cells of latex pillow products were successfully solved by reducing vulcanization temperature and reducing the amount of thermosensitive gelling agent.When the vulcanization temperature is 90℃ and the dosage of ammonium sulfate is 1.5phr,the foaming ratio,75%compression set and identification hardness of latex pillow samples are basically the same as those of foreign samples,the rebound rate of falling ball increases by 10%,and the tensile strength increases from 34.3kPa to 98.7kPa.(3)In order to solve the obvious odor of natural latex foaming materials,the samples were analyzed by GC-MS,and explored the influence of protein on the odor and physical properties of natural latex foaming materials.Firstly,the protein in natural latex was quantitatively and qualitatively determined by UV-vis,the deproteinized natural latex foaming sample with deproteinized rate of 97.6%was obtained by protease method and centrifugation method.After deproteinization,the mechanical properties of natural latex foaming samples decreased,but they were still higher than the foreign sample.From the results of GC-MS,the types and amounts of organic volatiles of the samples decreased significantly after deproteinization,it is proved that deproteinization is beneficial to reduce the odor of natural rubber latex foaming materials,which has reference significance for our next research on the odor of natural rubber latex foaming materials. |
