In recent years, with the continuous expansion of engineering construction, the demand for engineering mud is increasing, but the treatment of waste engineering mud has not been effectively solved. At the same time, carbide slag and slag are facing such a dilemma, the output is expanding, but the treatment application needs to be solved urgently.Based on the research and development special fund of environmental friendly materials and Occupational Health Research Institute of Anhui University of Technology(ALW2020YF13),this paper makes a new composite curing agent with industrial waste slag as the basic material and calcium carbide slag as the excitation material. The new composite curing agent is used to cure the mud.The mechanical properties and mechanism of solidified mud soil are studied by combining macro indoor test, micro test phenomenon and theoretical analysis. The main research results are as follows:(1)Taking the unconfined compressive strength of mud solidified soil as the index, the optimal proportion and dosage of the new composite curing agent were explored, and the unconfined compressive strength and deformation characteristics under each dosage and proportion were simply compared.(2)The slurry soil cured with the prepared new curing agent has good durability in the dry wet cycle environment after 4 days of curing under standard conditions, and even the strength is effectively improved after a short dry wet cycle.Although the specimens cured for 14 days and 28 days have no strength improvement effect, they still have good durability under dry wet cycle.(3)The freeze-thaw cycle tests with different times of solidified mud soil at different curing ages show that the increase of freeze-thaw cycle times will lead to cracking, peeling, quality loss and strength decline of the sample, but the freeze-thaw cycle with less times has little impact on the test block, and the durability of the test block to the freeze-thaw cycle environment is good,The longer the curing period, the smaller the mass loss rate and the higher the strength under the same freeze-thaw cycles.Figure[46];Table[12];reference[83]...
