Design Of Electric Control System Of Intelligent Drainage And Drainage Device

There will be a large amount of gas field fluids in the production process of oil field gas wells,and untimely manual discharge will seriously affect the natural gas production.In this thesis,an electric control system of intelligent drainage and drainage device is designed to realize intelligent drainage in liquid storage tank.The selected topic has important practical application value.In this thesis,the electronic control system of intelligent drainage and drainage device based on STM32F103 is designed,including ARM processor,liquid level detection,temperature detection,pressure detection,water pump control,tracing belt control,display module,RS485/ Ethernet communication interface and other circuits.The processing flow of the electronic control system is given,and the ARM processor software is written in detail.By detecting the liquid level in the liquid storage tank in real time,the water pump is controlled to discharge liquid automatically.According to the temperature in the device,the temperature is automatically adjusted to make the liquid have good fluidity;By detecting the pressure of the export pipeline,the pump can work safely.The display module designed in this thesis can display the current temperature,pressure,liquid level and alarm code.Through RS485/ Ethernet communication interface,the working state and key parameters of the device can be obtained/changed,and unattended and remote monitoring can be realized.The actual test results show that the electronic control system of intelligent drainage and drainage device designed in this thesis fully meets the design requirements,and more than300 sets of devices have been successfully operated in several oil production plants in Changqing Oilfield,with good automatic drainage effect,which has been affirmed by the factory and improved the production efficiency.
