As an engineering machine combining the two functions of material collection and transportation,the mining and loading machine can significantly improve the sustainability,efficiency and safety of mineral mining.It is applied to the collection and loading of loose and broken materials such as minerals in narrow spaces such as roadway and open-air environment.In the actual operation process,the working device of the integrated mining and loading machine is in direct contact with materials.The working range,structural strength and fatigue life of the working device directly affect the working efficiency and engineering progress of the integrated mining and loading machine.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the working range,structural strength and fatigue life of the working device.Taking the working device of zwy-1801 mining and loading machine as an example,based on theoretical analysis and combined with CAD/CAE technology,this paper simulates the working conditions of the working device,simulates the performance of the function of the working device,and analyzes the working range,hydraulic component selection,dynamic characteristics,structural strength and fatigue life of the working device.The specific work is as follows:(1)Understand the structure composition and working conditions of the working device of the integrated mining and loading machine,establish the kinematic model of the working device by using Matlab/Robotics toolbox according to the D-H representation method,and solve the working range in the three-dimensional space of the working device by Monte Carlo method.(2)The dynamic model of the working device is established in ADAMS,the force on the bucket during the operation of the working device is analyzed based on the traditional empirical formula of excavation resistance,the mathematical model of the force on the bucket is established in Simulink,and the dynamic simulation of the working device operation process is carried out in combination with ADAMS and Simulink,Obtain the force and motion characteristics of various parts of the working device and hydraulic cylinder during operation.(3)The load spectrum of the boom and jib of the working device is obtained by the joint simulation of ADAMS and Simulink.The structural strength of the boom and jib at the maximum stress time is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench.Based on the nominal stress legislation,the fatigue life of the boom and jib of the working device is analyzed by nCode DesignLife combined with the load spectrum and static analysis results.(4)The whole machine is measured,the working efficiency of the whole machine is analyzed and calculated,and the feasibility of the working device is further verified.Based on the theoretical analysis and combined with CAD/CAE virtual simulation technology,the above research methods can not only ensure the reliability and accuracy of the analysis results,but also shorten the research and analysis time of the working device of the integrated mining and loading machine,save the experimental cost,provide ideas and references for the analysis and research of the same type of products,and provide a theoretical basis for the further optimization and development of the integrated mining and loading machine.Figure.[83]Table[24]Ref.[83]...
