Double-curved reinforced whole wall plate is a common structural form of aircraft wing design at present.However,the traditional blasting method has gradually appeared insufficient in the blasting forning of this kind of wall plate,which is mainly manifested in the formation,lack of school shape ability,low efficiency and poor accuracy.As a new technology developed in recent years,ultrasonic shot peening is superior to the traditional shot peening process.It has the advantages of higher precision,better surface quality,energy saving,environmental protection and easy automatic control.It is also important to make the integrated wallboard with double curvature ribbed.Combining with the bottleneck problem in practical engineering,the shot peening and shaping of aluminum alloy double curvature integral panel with ribbed ribs are studied in this paper,By combining theoretical research,experimental research and finite element simulation,the ultrasonic wave peening alignment technique of the double curvature integral wallboard with ribbed rib is studied.The main research work is as follows:1)To analyze the physical mechanism and basic process of ultrasonic shot peening alignment from the process of the interation between the firing pin and the belted part,The mechanical effect of the metal surface layer and the basic mechanism of incluced residual stress under high frequency vibration load are discussed.The mechanical theory,the relationship between the residual stress field produced by ultrasonic shot peening and the bending deformation of the part is obtained.The principle and the basic process of the stiffening of the ribbed part under the residual stress are studied.2)Based on the material mechanics basic performance test,the property of the surface layer of the material after the ultrasonic shot peening is analyzed.The effects of various ultrasonic shot peening parameters on the surface morphology,surface roughness,microhardness,residual stress field and X-ray diffraction were investigated,and the best surface integrity was obtained.3)The process of ultrasonic shot peening in practical engineering,The effect of the technological parameters such as shot peening method,the diameter of firing pin and the impact amplitude on the curvature radius of the wallboard forming is analyzed,and the optimum technological parameters of the ultrasonic shot peening forming are obtained.The forming parameters of the shot peening process are obtained by the numerical control method.4)The process of ultrasonic shot peening on the wallboard with ribs is studied by finite element method.The influence of the parameters of the shot peening on the radius of curvature ang the residual stress field induced by the ultrasonic shot peening is discussed.The results of the experiment and the finite element simulation are compared and analyzed.The simulation results are in good agreement with those of the experimental study.5)Combining with the practical engineering application experience,the application method of ultrasonic shot peening in the forming process of double curvature monolithic wallboard shot peening with ribbed bars is given.
