Metal-organic framework materials(MOF)are porous materials composed of metal ions/clusters and organic ligands,which have unique pore space,large specific surface area,and can change the surface properties of materials through functionalization.The novel adsorbent(MOF@ILs)obtained by functionalizing MOF with ionic liquid(ILs)can integrate the advantages of MOF and ILs,so that the composite material has better performance.In this paper,MOF@ILs were prepared and used for separation and analysis of food additives.The research contents include:1.A novel method for the separation/analysis of Allura Red based on using pyridine ionic liquid functionalized metal-organic framework composite(MOF-5@[PrPy][Br])as extractant coupled with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.MOF-5@[PrPy][Br]was characterized by FTIR,SEM,XRD,XRF,BET and Zeta.The extraction/elution conditions such as pH,amount of extractant,extract time and types of eluents were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,linear range of Allura Red detection was 0.01-10.00 μg mL-1,the detection limit was 0.004 μg mL-1,and the linear correlation was good(R2=0.9996).The results showed that this method was simple and effective,and could be used for the separation and analysis of Allura red in soda,cocktail,effervescent tablets and jelly.2.A novel method for the separation/analysis of Rhodamine B based on using bisimidazole ionic liquid functionalized metal-organic framework composite(ZIF-8@MIM-MIM)as extractant coupled with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.ZIF-8@MIM-MIM was characterized by FTIR,SEM,TEM,XRD and Zeta.The extraction/elution conditions such as pH,amount of extractant,extract time and types of eluents were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,linear range of Rhodamine B detection was 0.02-40.00 μg mL-1,the detection limit was 0.007 μg mL-1,and the linear correlation was good(R2=0.9986).The results showed that this method was simple and effective,and could be used for the separation and analysis of Rhodamine B in chili powder,red wine,plum juice and strawberry jam.3.A novel method for the separation/analysis of sunset yellow based on using pyridine ionic liquid functionalized bimetallic organic framework composite(Cu/Co-MOF@[PrPy][Br])as extractant coupled with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.Cu/Co-MOF@[PrPy][Br]was characterized by FTIR,SEM,TEM,XRD and Zeta.The extraction/elution conditions such as pH,amount of extractant,extract time and types of eluents were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,linear range of sunset yellow detection was 0.05-40.00 μg mL-1,the detection limit was 0.020 μg mL-1,and the linear correlation was good(R2=0.9992).The results showed that this method was simple and effective,and could be used for the separation and analysis of sunset yellow in soda,effervescent tablets and jelly.4.A novel method for the separation/analysis of Bisphenol A on using imidazolium ionic liquid functionalized metal-organic framework molecularly imprinted composite(ZIF-67@[Bmim][Br]@MIP)as extractant coupled with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.ZIF-67@[Bmim][Br]@MIP was characterized by FTIR,SEM,TEM,XRD,BET and Zeta.The extraction/elution conditions such as pH,amount of extractant,extract time and types of eluents were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,linear range of Bisphenol A detection was 0.01-20.00 μg mL-1,the detection limit was 0.005 μg mL-1,and the linear correlation was good(R2=0.9994).The results showed that this method was simple and effective,and could be used for the separation and analysis of BPA in water bottles,milk cartons and milk tea cups.
