According to the development plan of the Ministry of transport issued in December 3,201713 th Five-Year "modern comprehensive transportation system,in the" 13 th Five-Year "period,the expressway mileage will reach 150 thousand km.Many highway traffic will soon appear crack,void,subsidence and other diseases,to repair the fast,the greatest degree of these diseases,to restore the original state of the road structure design,the traditional lack of maintenance materials more and more prominent,which has put forward higher requirements on the conservation of materials.Aiming at this goal,we carried out the research of new curing materials and got the formula of polyurethane rigid foam with high polymer material,which is expected to realize rapid repair of Expressway diseases and reduce the influence brought by maintenance work.By hand foaming,all kinds of additives are added into polyol to form A material,and then mixed with B(isocyanate)to make hard bubbles.Taking water as foaming agent,effects of temperature,type and amount of isocyanate and polyether polyol type,foam stabilizer and crosslinking agent,flame retardant agent,foaming agent dosage on the physical and mechanical properties of rigid polyurethane foam,production reached a domestic project required index of hard foam products.The infrared spectrum test proved that the research and development product is polyurethane,DSC thermal analysis shows that its thermal stability is good.The uniformity and size of the rigid foams made by each prescription are observed by Leica microscope.The bonding capacity of cement mortar to cement mortar was investigated by selecting different formulations of polyurethane hard bubbles and through shear test of cement mortar adhesive.Then the flexural test parts of cement mortar were repaired to evaluate the repair ability of polyurethane as a repair material to the flexural test parts of cement mortar.The rotary compaction of AC-13 asphalt mixture specimens cut from OT specimens,the first evaluation of AC-13 asphalt mixture specimen OT anti cracking ability,then the same proportion,with the production of a batch of OT specimens with different section forms are divided into two segments,bonding repair with polyurethane,polyurethane evaluation of different formulations rigid foam repair materials and fracture surface in the form of mixed ability to repair material on the anti cracking performance of asphalt,study on the influence factors of anti cracking performance of asphalt mixture repair.
