China is rich in coalbed methane resources.Facing the complex geological exploitation conditions, due to the limitations of current technology and theory, the exploitation efficiency is not high, and large-scale industrial exploitation cannot be fully realized. In view of this situation,a large number of experts and scholars study various technologies to increase the efficiency of coal-bed methane exploitation in China, and achieve the purpose of high-speed coal-bed methane exploitation by improving the desorption capacity and permeability of coal-bed methane reservoir.Based on this, the research group put forward a new CBM stimulation technology, which uses infrared radiation to stimulate the coal reservoir to promote the dissolution and increase the permeability of CBM.By carrying out temperature rise test, desorption experiment and seepage experiment of coal under the action of infrared radiation, the law of desorption and seepage of coal under the action of infrared radiation is studied, and then through the fitting formula, the related parameters in the quantitative analysis of coal desorption seepage evolution, the relationship between absorption, permeability and infrared radiation power is obtained.Through sorting and analyzing the experimental data, the following results are obtained: The relationship between coal temperature, heating rate and infrared radiation power is obtained through temperature rise law of coal under the action of infrared radiation. The higher the infrared radiation power, the higher the coal heating rate and the maximum temperature it can reach.According to the experiments of desorption and seepage under infrared radiation,it’s found that under the same stress condition, the higher the power of infrared radiation, the higher the desorption capacity and permeability of coal, and the desorption rate and desorption rate firstly increase with the infrared radiation work, then slowly decrease and eventually tend to 0.According to the experimental results, the fitting formula of desorption amount and time of coal with different power under the same pore pressure condition and the relation formula of coal permeability and infrared radiation power are obtained. The research work enriches the theory and application of infrared radiation. The research results provide a reference basis for the engineering application of infrared radiation to promote coal bed methane extraction. There are 54 figures,21 tables and 102 references in this paper.
