| As a new engineering material,high-nitrogen steel has been widely used in industry because of its excellent mechanical properties and strong corrosion resistance.The problems of low nitrogen content and low yield in the preparation of high nitrogen steel by ordinary electroslag furnace exist.And the pressurized electroslag furnace can be set up in the melting chamber more than atmospheric nitrogen for partial pressure smelting,compared with the existing electroslag furnace can get better remelting effect,and the environmental pollution is small,has great research value and broad application prospect.For pressurized ESR furnace,the control technology of melting rate is the core control technology of the equipment,and also the key technology to ensure the quality of high-nitrogen steel.This topic is to 500 kg pressurized ESR furnace melting rate control technology as the research object,the system analysis of pressurized ESR furnace process characteristics and equipment requirements,complete the hardware and software design of the equipment control system,and the method of melting rate control is discussed and studied.The entire computer control system consists of two parts: the upper computer and the PLC.The upper computer hardware adopts YANHUA industrial control computer and liquid crystal display,and the software adopts the configuration software of SIEMENS company.The main function is to complete the design of the man-machine interface,which is used to realize real-time monitoring of the entire production process of the pressurized slag furnace;The SIEMENS S7-1500 series PLC is used as the core controller,the PLC cabinet is the main station,the water system acquisition cabinet is the slave station,and the PROFIBUS-DP bus distributed connection structure is used to complete the basic automation control of the entire production process.Physical analysis is carried out on the electrode weight detection link of pressurized ESR furnace,interference removal is carried out on the weight detection data of consumable electrode,and filtering is carried out on the actual melting rate calculation link.In view of the nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of melt rate control system,a fuzzy PID controller is designed based on the traditional PID control method and combined with the fuzzy control algorithm.The control algorithm is verified by computer simulation software,and good simulation results are obtained.The actual melting experiment is carried out.It provides theoretical and experimental basis for large-scale industrial application in the next step. |
