Research On The Strategy Of Improving Employees’ Accident Emergency Response Ability In M Coal Mine Enterprise

The occurrence of coal mine accidents has caused casualties and economic losses while restricting the healthy development of the coal industry.Improving the emergency response capabilities of coal mine employees is an effective way to prevent coal mine accidents,control the development of coal mine accidents,and reduce coal mine accident losses.Up to now,there are few studies on the improvement of employees’ emergency response capabilities from an individual perspective,and there is a lack of strong theoretical guidance and a complete system.Based on this,this research clarifies the connotation of the accident emergency response capability of coal mining enterprise employees,constructs an evaluation model for the emergency response capability of coal mining enterprise employees,analyzes the problems in the emergency response capability of coal mining enterprise employees,and proposes specific improvement measures.First of all,based on the risk management cycle theory,emergency risk assessment theory,risk perception theory,combined with PPRR emergency management theory,this thesis divides the coal mining enterprise employee emergency response capability evaluation index system into 4 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators.Secondly,using the AHP method to empower the constructed coal mining enterprise employee emergency response ability index system,the coal mining enterprise employee emergency response ability evaluation model was obtained,and the relative weight of each indicator was clarified.Thirdly,a questionnaire was designed with the above evaluation indicators as the core to analyze the emergency response ability of employees in M coal mine enterprises.The results of the survey showed that the ability to foresee and prepare beforehand was 2.81 points,the ability to deal with emergencies during the incident was 2.9 points,the ability to recover afterwards was 3.1 points,and the individual basic emergency response capability of employees is 3.06 points,which indicate that the M coal enterprise employees’ emergency response capability is relatively weak for the two stages before and during the incident.According to the weighted average of each secondary index,combined with the index weight,the comprehensive score of M coal mine enterprise’s employee emergency response ability is 2.94,and the key event method is used to analyze the problems of M coal mine’s employee emergency response ability.Finally,in view of the main problems existing in the emergency response ability of employees in M coal mine enterprises,the strategy for improving emergency response capabilities of employees in M coal mine enterprises is proposed from the four dimensions of the first-level indicators to provide a reference for the construction of emergency response capabilities of coal mine employees in the future.
