| Using window opening pipeline to sieve sand is the central link of the whole oil project,and plays an important role,and this link is inextricably related to oil storage and oil transportation,and it is particularly important to ensure that the oil screening process is correct.Magnetic flux leakage detection technology is a popular used non-destructive testing method in the testing technology of wind-opening pipes.This article takes the magnetic flux leakage signal of round hole defects in wind-opening pipes as the object of study.The magnetic flux leakage detection device is designed based on multi-sensor and the magnetic flux leakage signal acquisition is realized.The reconstruction of magnetic flux leakage signal,the matching recognition of magnetic flux leakage image and the parameter quantification of circular hole defects are analyzed and studied in depth.According to the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection,this thesis adopts the method of permanent magnet magnetization to design the multi-sensor magnetic flux leakage detection device to realize the acquisition and transmission function of magnetic flux leakage signal,and analyzes the influencing factors for the collected magnetic flux leakage signal.Use the collected magnetic leakage data to perform normalization and other preprocessing to highlight the characteristics of the defective magnetic leakage signal,and then reconstruct the magnetic leakage signal through signal smoothing or denoising,which can be used for subsequent magnetic leakage image matching and recognition.Quantify the diameter of round hole defects to provide usable samples.By calculating the similarity between the template magnetic flux leakage image and the target magnetic flux leakage image after matching,the defects with higher accuracy are screened out,and the identification and matching of the defects are realized.Through verification,it is found that there is a corresponding relationship between the diameter of the round hole defect of the wind-opening pipe and the magnetic leakage value of the magnetic flux leakage image,scilicet,the larger the diameter of the hole defect is,the greater the magnetic flux leakage value is.On the basis of this analysis,the approximation correlation coefficient method is used to realize the quantification of the diameter parameter of the round hole defect of the windowed pipe.Through experimental research and analysis,the feasibility of various algorithms used in this thesis is verified.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this thesis can realize the reconstruction of magnetic flux leakage signal and the matching recognition and accurate quantification of circular hole defects in wind-opening pipes. |
