Aryl phosphine compounds are important organophosphorus compounds,which have been widely used in the fields of preparation of phosphine ligands,pharmaceutical research,agricultural pesticides,organic synthesis and photoelectric materials.The synthesis of aryl phosphine compounds is one of the hot reactions of chemists in recent years.The method of synthesizing arylphosphine compounds using transition metal as catalyst has been rapidly developed.The reaction conditions have been gradually improved or innovated from the initial high temperature and environmental sensitivity to a simple and efficient synthesis method.The aim of this thesis is to develop a synthesis method with simple operation,mild conditions;and realize the construction of aryl phosphonoxide(Ar-P)bond with environmentally friendly,low toxicity and high stability substrates.The main contents include the following two aspects:1.A simple method for the synthesis of arylphosphonates by copper facilitated cross-coupling reaction between arylsilicon reagent and phosphonates was developed using arylsilicon compounds with low toxicity and environmental protection as aryl sources.This method is the first example of the construction of Ar-P bond by the reaction of aryl silicon reagents with phosphonates in the presence of copper.This novel method extends the application of low cost and low toxicity copper reagents in Ar-P bond construction.2.Using aryl sulfur salt as aryl source,a Pd-catalyzed oxidative coupling reaction between aryl sulfur salt and phosphine oxides was developed to construct aryl phosphine compounds.The method has mild reaction conditions,good substrate universality and functional group tolerance,and it is also suitable for the use of diaryl phosphonoxides as substrates.It is worth mentioning that we can directly synthesize aryl phosphine compounds with aryl sulfide as substrate by one-pot method.
