The mine pressure behavior law of working face is not only an important basis for determining the technical parameters of working face support,but also the key basic data to ensure the safe mining of working face.The main coal seam of Xiaofalu coal mine is located under the huge thick mountain,and the ground pressure behavior of the working face is relatively strong during mining.Taking 11502 working face as the research background,this paper systematically studies the ground pressure behavior law of the working face through the combination of theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and industrial test.The main results are as follows:(1)Using the "beam" and "plate" models,the first pressure and periodic pressure step of the main roof under the "beam" and "plate" models are calculated theoretically;The technical parameters of roof control design of 11502 fully mechanized mining face are obtained.(2)The abutment pressure,horizontal stress and the distribution law of plastic zone of surrounding rock in 11502 working face during mining are studied by numerical simulation.It is predicted that the initial pressure step is about 30-50 m and the periodic pressure step is about 20 m.(3)The temporal and spatial evolution laws of initial support force and working resistance of 11502 face are measured on site.Based on this,it is obtained that the initial collapse step of direct roof is 16 m,the initial pressure step of main roof is35.8m and the periodic pressure step is 16.2m.By studying the ground pressure behavior law of 11502 fully mechanized face in Xiaofalu coal mine,it provides a basis for the selection and matching of supports in other working faces under similar mining conditions,which is conducive to the safe,high-yield and efficient production of the mine.The paper contains 14 figures,12 tables and 51 references.
