With the background of strongly severe tobacco control environment,the sales of conventional tobacco product was stagnated even down in some developed countries,this make the research of new tobacco product urgent.As the important part of new tobacco product,HNB tobacco product is smoked by heating but not combusting.Compared with the conventional tobacco,HNB tobacco product's heating temperature is much lower than combustion temperature,it can effectively reduce the harmful components produced by high temperature combustion and pyrolysis of tobacco,and greatly reduce tar and harmful components produced by combustion,which is less harmful than conventional cigarette.In the research and the development of new tobacco product,domestic and foreign tobacco industry researchers have done a lot of work.Some domestic tobacco companies and research institutions are interested in the research of such products,but most of them focus on basic theory and implement research and most of products stay in the laboratory research stage,which is immature and only forms patents in the research of heating device.However,there is no report about the development and preparation of HNB core materials based on dry paper making reconstituted tobacco.For this reason,this paper mainly focuses on the development of HNB tobacco end,the research of HNB filter and the development of HNB formation process technique,which made up of a new production process technical solution.The result of research shows: Through the development of HNB tobacco end,a tobacco raw material blend,two additive blend and the production process condition of tobacco raw material grinding particle size of 100-140 mesh,grinding temperature ? 50 ?and drying temperature of 60-80 ? were designed and formed;at the same time,the filter end of the HNB tobacco product was researched,finished the cooling assembly of polylactic acid material and four hole coal ball,form a triple filter structure with pressure drop of750 pa.Finally,combined with the above two research,the combing process conditions of single tobacco rod weight of 1.40-1.42g/120 mm,primary cutting to cut-but-connecting status,8-10% moisture and the production line system of tobacco rod making with paper filter maker,filter rod made of triple component combining machine and heat stick produced with 2-segment combining machine.
