There are a lot of gangue piles in China.In recent years,the total amount of gangue piles in China has reached 4.5 billion tons,and the amount is still increasing rapidly.The accumulation of gangue on the surface will cause serious environmental problems,such as land damage,water pollution and soil damage.At the same time,there are safety risks such as explosion,which brings great challenges to the green development of mining areas.In order to realize the sustainable development of coal mine,the urgent task is to make comprehensive utilization of gangue to reduce the harm of gangue,which is also an important development direction of green coal mining.In this paper,the filling method and gangue filling area of zhaoshipan coal mine are reasonably selected,the gangue filling schemes are compared and analyzed,and the vertical delivery system and filling system are designed(1)Through the comparison of the gangue transportation modes in the mine,the vertical delivery system is selected to transport the gangue;through the comparative analysis of the scraper conveyor gangue unloading and filling and the short wall continuous mining and filling,the scraper conveyor is selected for gangue unloading and filling.(2)The vertical delivery system is designed and its overall structure is determined as "feeding well + buffer + storage bin + pressure stabilizing chamber".By using the gas-solid two-phase flow theory,the movement characteristics of gangue are calculated.The inner diameter of the feeding well is determined to be 250 mm.The double-layer metal wear-resistant composite steel pipe is selected for the dropping pipe.According to the velocity of gangue movement,the underground pressure stabilizing chamber and material storage are determined The basic structure of bin and buffer.(3)The paper designs the efficient gangue discharging system of the working face,selects the mining and filling equipment of the filling working face,and determines the structural form,functional principle and technical parameters of the key gangue discharging equipment,such as the bottom unloading scraper conveyor,the hydraulic support for filling coal mining,and the self-propelled telescopic transfer machine.(4)The results show that the implementation of the research results can effectively solve the problem of gangue discharge,effectively protect the ecological environment,and explore a mature path for the realization of zero discharge of gangue.There are 32 pictures,6 tables and 68 references in this paper.
