| Mining is the one of the most important contributors to the industrial economic system in China. However,in recent years, due to the depletion of minerals resources and the severe damage to environment,it is clear that the decline of resource-based industries will be the mainstream in the future. In this situation, the tranferation to the green mines is imperative. At present, the relevant policies and theoretical research on green mine construction in majorly focus on the upgrading of mining technology, the development of ecological repair technology, etc. However, there is few systematic researches on the theoretical or practical approach for the ecological restoration of mine stie, landscape construction and multi-industry integration development. This research project takes the construction of green mines in the grassland areas of northern China as the research subject.By leveraging the theories of The integration of Production and Landscape ",this paper will study and discuss the significance, objectives, and relative strategies for ecological restoration, industrial reconstruction and landscape construction in coal mining sites and surrounding areas. We hope that this research can build a more comprehensive approach to designing the planning" integration of production and landscape" to provide novel ideas and guidance for the development and construction of green mines in the grassland areas of northern China. The major content of this article is divided into three parts:The first part elaborates on the general problems faced by Chinese coal enterprises in the construction of green mines, and points out the necessity and feasibility of coordinated planning at the three levels:ecology, economy, and landscape. The first part also includes a preliminary exploration of the direction for the planning and construction of green mines,by discussing the relative existing work from China and other countires. The second part focuses on the relevant theoretical foundations of green mines and " The integration of Production and Landscape ",and supplements its concepts and connotations. The second part analyzes the relevant domestic and foreign cases study, investigate their planning model, summarize the goals and significance of green mine construction from the perspective of " The integration of Production and Landscape ".Further,it proposes corresponding construction strategies from the three levels:ecology, industry, and landscape,to guide the planning of subsequent practical cases and research. The third part discusses the planning model of " The integration of Production and Landscape " in the construction of green mines from theory to practice based on a case study.Taking the entire planning of the Hongqinghe Green Coal Mine Site in Yijinhuoluo Banner,Ordos City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China as an example,a three-level planning model that integrates "ecology-industry-landscape"is properly formulated,as well as its planning objectives, principles, positioning, and themes. The corresponding overall planning layout, landscape structure, zoning planning and special planning are also estabilised to provide theoretical and practical reference for future works to create more ecologically healthy, beautiful landscapes and sustainable industrial green mines. |
