According to the company's requirements for product welding efficiency and quality,the laser technology,image processing,control algorithm and other technologies are researched,and an automatic laser welding system for welding products is designed to complete the welding task.The system mainly includes the following aspects:Considering the development cost,welding accuracy and process requirements of the system,laser wire filling welding is defined as the welding method of this system.The overall scheme of the system is designed,and a tooling system based on electric mobile platform is designed.The welding workpiece is clamped through the electric mobile platform,and the workpiece is controlled to rotate at a uniform speed.The three-axis linear module is used as the motion actuator,the motor driver is used as the driving part,and the vision system and wire feeding mechanism are assembled to build an automatic laser welding system experimental platform.In order to eliminate the camera distortion,the camera internal and external parameters are obtained by the visual calibration method based on Halcon,and the pose conversion relationship between the camera coordinate system and the three-axis moving platform coordinate system is obtained by hand-eye calibration.In order to eliminate the redundant information of the weld image,an Otsu threshold method based on ROI growth technology is studied,which reduces the interference caused by the image information,and makes the system select the threshold time about 0.15 s,and the signal-to-noise ratio has also been greatly improved.promote.Aiming at the extraction of the coordinates of the feature points of the weld,through the comparison and analysis of different edge algorithms,the Suzuki85 algorithm is used and improved on this basis,and the location information of the weld is finally obtained,and the location of the weld point is realized.In order to reduce the position error in the process of weld tracking,a fuzzy PID control algorithm is studied after comparing the PID algorithm to correct the deviation information,and the simulation experiment is carried out.The experiment shows that the algorithm has less response time and small overshoot,which verifies the accuracy of the algorithm.In order to verify the forming effect of the weld pool,the finite element analysis method based on SYSWELD was used to conduct numerical simulation experiments on the welding temperature field,and the best welding process parameters were obtained by adjusting the welding current,voltage,and welding speed.Finally,the functional design of the automatic welding system is realized by the combination of hardware and software.C++ language combined with Halcon visual library is used to design the interface and software of the system on the VS2015 platform.
