Under the background that the Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence and cloud computing have been widely used,intelligent manufacturing has become the development trend of manufacturing industry.At present,Chinese industrial development is also facing prominent problems such as structural imbalance,overcapacity and low product quality.It is urgent to carry out structural adjustment,transformation and upgrading.Therefore,China has put forward the "Made in China 2025" strategy to actively comply with the new round of global industrial technology revolution,so as to better meet the challenges of developed countries.As an important part of intelligent manufacturing workshop,reasonable workshop layout can effectively balance the production resources of enterprises.With the rapid development of Chinese oil pipeline transportation industry,the production tasks of enterprises are gradually increasing.The contradiction between the existing production efficiency and production demand is becoming increasingly prominent.How to design workshop layout and improve production efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the intelligent production management planning and design project of CNPC SGZB center as the main body,this paper studies the workshop layout design based on the concept of digital twin.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the current situation of CNPC SGZB center is investigated,and the problems existing in the workshop are determined by line balance analysis.The overall layout of the workshop and the preliminary layout of each assembly area are realized through process program analysis and facility space demand analysis;Then,based on the concept of digital twin,the layout of workshops in each area is analyzed and improved.The virtual workshop is built by using unreal engine4 software,the human-computer interaction system is built by using virtual reality technology,the virtual production experiment is carried out according to the workshop production flow chart and circuit diagram,the layout of each area of the workshop is improved,and the improvement scheme of the layout of each area of the workshop is obtained;Finally,the visual modeling and Simulation of the improved workshop layout model is carried out again by using FlexSim software,and the improved workshop layout is verified from the aspects of workshop equipment utilization,production capacity and line balance rate,so as to verify the rationality of the improved workshop layout scheme.
