The distribution of production and marketing of coal industry in China is unbalanced and the contradiction between supply and demand of power coal is prominent.With the application of the integrated operation mode of production,transportation and marketing in modern energy group gradually improved,the research on how to realize the collaborative optimization of coal blending and transportation under the integration of coal production,transportation and marketing can promote the development of the whole coal industry.This paper puts forward the mode of synchronous optimization of coal transportation and blending on the basis of the independent optimization of coal blending and blending under the background of traditional coal production,transportation and marketing integration.The specific research contents are as follows.Firstly,the optimization model of coal blending and transportation is established with the objective of minimizing the cost of coal blending.The results show that the model can obtain a low-cost coal blending scheme under the condition of coal price fluctuation.Secondly,the optimization model of coal dispatching and transportation is established to maximize the profit of group integration.The rationality of the optimization model to the actual coal dispatching and transportation problem is verified by the example verification and the analysis of influencing factors.Finally,a synchronous optimization model of coal blending and transportation under the integration of coal production,transportation and marketing is established,which takes the profit maximization of group integration as the optimization goal.The results show that when the coal demand of power plant is the same and the total transportation capacity is 67.99 million tons,the synchronous optimization result can obtain 30 million yuan more profit than the independent optimization result,and the profit increased by1%.In this paper,the simultaneous optimization model of coal blending and transportation under the integration of coal production,transportation and marketing is constructed to maximize the profit of group integration,and the simultaneous optimization of coal blending and transportation is realized.The results show that,under the background of the integration of coal production,transportation and marketing,the synchronous optimization mode of coal blending and transportation can obtain greater profits.
