Research On The Ecological Compensation Policy Optimization In Mineral Resources Development Of Inner Mongolia

In the development of human society,mineral resources have made a great contribution.Since the reform and opening up,China has carried out large-scale development and utilization in the field of mineral resources,accelerating the process of industrialization and modernization.However,due to the "extensive" and "disorderly" exploitation of mineral resources in the early stage,the consumption of mineral resources increased sharply,geological disasters,air pollution,soil erosion and other environmental problems came one after another,and the contradiction between ecological destruction and development needs became increasingly prominent.As an important base of energy,nonferrous metal smelting and coal chemical industry in China,the development of mineral resources in Inner Mongolia has always been one of the pillar industries of economy.However,long-term mining of mineral resources,rapid economic development,resulting in a large number of mineral resources are seriously wasted,damaged,the ecological environment is deteriorating.Therefore,accelerating the ecological compensation work of mineral resources development and developing green mining economy have been listed in the important agenda.At present,the overall situation ecological compensation policy in Inner Mongolia is not good,and the system is not strong.Therefore,combined with the research status at home and abroad,through collecting the ecological compensation policies of mineral resources development in Inner Mongolia,this paper analyzes the existing problems and solutions by using the relevant theory.Through data statistics and chart drawing,statistical analysis is carried out from the policy release year,formulation subject,language type and other aspects to sort out the development of ecological compensation policy in Inner Mongolia.According to my research and analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the ecological compensation policy in Inner Mongolia:low legal effect of the existing policy,insufficient cooperation between policy makers,the policy system is incomplete,policy supply and demand are not balanced,the process of policy making is relatively backward and the effect of policy implementation is unsatisfactory.By analysing the causes of the problem,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the scientificity of policy-making,adjust and optimize policy supply and demand,and strengthen the evaluation and supervision of policy.
