The Metal Organic Frameworks(MOFs)have attracted abroad attention of the public, owing to flexible components, excellent surface area and high porosity. These features on structure also create significant possibility for widespread application on gas absorption and separation, photocatalysis and electrocatalysis.Boron Imidazolate Frameworks(BIFs),an important family of MOF materials, were synthesized by various metal iron centers and preparative three-connected or four-connected boron imidazolate ligands through solvothermal methods, constructing novel crystalline structures. This kind of materials not only inherits and develops the superiorities of MOFs,but makes it possible to design lightweight zeolite-like frameworks. This work chose the copper, cobalt and zinc metal centers,KBH(im)3,KBH(2-mim)3and KB(im)4ligands as well as various assistant carboxylic acid ligands. We obtained o list of creative Boron Imidazolate Frameworks by solvothermal synthesis technique, further exploring their Properties on photocatalytic or electrocatalytic CO2reduction.Four chapters made up the whole paper. The preface introduces the research background and recent development of BIFs,with the purpose and significance of this paper included. The first chapter is experimental research on synthesis and CO2reduction property of 2D BIFs,introducing mainly the crystalline analysis, characterization analysis and CO2reduction performance of BIF-105,BIF-106 and BIF-107.The second chapter is A 3D BIF for CO2electroreduction catalysis. The crystalline analysis on microcosmic structure, characterization and catalytic CO2reduction reaction. The third chapter illustrates the synthesis and structural features of zeolite-like BIFs based on KB(im)4ligand.Their properties look forward to further research. The fourth chapter is a summary and outlook on these works.
