| Aiming at the charging application demand of pyrotechnic medicine film,based on the characteristic that a lot of organic solvents are needed to form the film for the pyrotechnic medicine mixed with a variety of powders,in order to eliminate the hidden danger of environmental pollution and explosion by organic solvents,a kind of water-based pyrotechnic medicine film was proposed and its preparation technology was studied.Aiming at the characteristics of water-based film forming agent that is difficult to burn,the composition ratio of smoke powder in the film was designed and optimized,and the composition and film forming technology of the film with combustion and infrared radiation were studied.Based on the theory of water-based adhesives,different kinds of pyrotechnic drugs films were prepared.The results showed that the pyrotechnic medicine films prepared by polyvinyl alcohol and starch as film forming agents had better film-forming properties.In order to enhance the mechanical properties of pyrotechnic medicine film in pva and starch film formers,glycerol as the plasticizer is added to the study of film formers and component ratio,reaction temperature,content of film-former plasticizer and composite membrane solution mass concentration of thin film tensile strength,elongation at break and the influence law of rate of membrane,and research into the template material i MPact on pyrotechnic medicine film forming properties of thin films,and pyrotechnic medicine film preparation technology was optimized.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the membrane increased with the increase of the reaction temperature.The demulsification rate increases with the increase of film forming agent content.The mass concentration of film forming agent has no great influence on the mechanical properties of film within a certain range.With the decrease of polyvinyl alcohol content,the tensile strength of the film showed a trend of first increasing,then decreasing and then increasing,while the elongation at break decreased with the decrease of polyvinyl alcohol content.The tensile strength decreased with the increase of glycerol content,and the elongation at break increased first and then decreased with the increase of glycerol content.Moreover,when pva starch was 4:6,glycerin content was40%,mass concentration of composite film forming agent was 0.12g·g-1,and film forming agent content was 40%.The reaction temperature was 90,and the pyrophastic film prepared by ptfe as a film-forming plate had good mechanical properties.The demulsification rate was100%,elongation at break was 66.4%,and tensile strength was 2.24MPa.To make pyrotechnic medicine film can stable burning and generate strong infrared radiation property,based on the theory of infrared radiation,using infrared thermal imaging equipment,the ratio of pyrotechnics,oxidant species,film size on the combustion temperature,mass burning rate,radiation performance,the influence law of radiation area,the results show that when the thin film surface density of 0.018 g cm~2,and pharmaceutical composition for the Red phosphorus 40%,magnesium aluminum powder 30%,potassium nitrate 30%,and thin film can be stable combustion and result in 183 J·sr-1·g-1 and 75 J·sr-1·g-1 in the far infrared radiation energy.In order to further improve the performance of pyrotechnic medicine film infrared radiation infrared active material is studied in the amount and type of combustion and the radiation effect of performance,the results showed that the additives on the combustion performance and radiation pyrotechnic medicine film are improved,add 15%of boron powder has increased film combustion temperature 220,cosco radiation energy increased,144 J·sr-1·g-1、84 J·sr-1·g-1,obtain the strong infrared radiation properties of pyrotechnic medicine film. |
