The high energy of explosives is an important demand and development direction,HMX has obvious advantages in the current trend.However,due to its high sense,it is easy to explode under the action of unexpected stimulation such as impact,friction,electrostatic spark and thermal shock,which limits its development in practical application.Therefore,it is very necessary to eliminate security risks,and this paper takes improving the security of HMX as the main research direction.?-HMX was used as the research object to prepare crystals with diameters ranging from1?m?10?m by ultrasonic assisted spray thinning.HMX-E(HMX/Estane5703)was prepared by water suspension granulation method.Meanwhile,aniline was polymerized on the surface of HMX-E by in situ polymerization to form PANI shell.The influence of different technological conditions on the coating effect of in-situ polymerization was investigated by control variable method,orthogonal test and linear regression analysis.The optimal technological conditions were determined as polymerization time 9 h,stirring speed 300r·min-1,polymerization temperature 5?and PH=1.In addition,HMX-F(HMX/F2602)and HMX-A(HMX/AR-71)were prepared by in-situ polymerization of HMX-F@PANI and HMX-A@PANI,respectively.According to the characterization results of SEM,XRD and XPS,the surface of HMX-E,HMX-F and HMX-A is rough and void,while the three kinds of composite materials with PANI shell have good morphology,flat and compact surface.At the same time,XRD results show that there is no crystal transformation during the coating process of water suspension and in-situ polymerization,and the main explosive is still?-HMX.XPS results further confirm that dense PANI shells do exist on PBX surfaces,and effectively reduce crystal exposure and improve safety.According to DSC test and analysis results,the three binders and PANI can inhibit crystal phase transition and improve thermal stability,among which PANI as the shell and HMX-F as the core have the best effect.Compared with HMX-E,HMX-F and HMX-A,the impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of HMX-E@PANI,HMX-F@PANI and HMX-A@PANI composites with PANI shells are basically unchanged,and the electrostatic spark sensitivity is significantly reduced.Among them,HMX-F@PANI has the lowest impact sensitivity and electrostatic discharge sensitivity,while HMX-A@PANI has the lowest friction sensitivity.The construction of PANI shell can greatly reduce the electrostatic spark sensitivity while maintaining the stability of mechanical sensitivity,and improve the thermal stability,giving play to its unique characteristics.Finally,in view of the application performance of each sample,combined with the effect of sensory reduction,a systematic study and comparison were carried out,and a comprehensive grasp of the molding performance,safety performance,thermal performance and theoretical explosion performance of microcapsule composite material,further to provide some technical support for the practical application of?-HMX.
