| The effect of triazine-based graphdiyne(TGDY)on curing characteristics and mechanical properties were investigated systematically by means of the methods of thermal analysis, spectrum, microscope, mechanical properties and so on for the styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)/TGDY and SBR/ carbon black(CB)/TGDY systems. The main research methods and results were as follows:First of all,the TGDY nanofiller with flat and continuous morphology was successfully prepared under the Glaser coupled reaction conditions with the help of stirring method. The DSC and FTIR measurements were adopt to inspect the interaction between TGDY and sulfur under the curing conditions. The results showed that the TGDY promoted the decomposition of sulfur, and the-C=N-bonds included in the TGDY could interact with the sulfur. The TGDY not only increased the curing rate, but also enhanced the cross-linking density of the SBR composites. The effect of TGDY on the CB dispersion in SBR/CB composites was studied and compared with that of the graphene oxide(GO)filled SBR/CB composites. It was found that the CB dispersion was improved after incorporating TGDY in the composites. In addition, the rolling resistant was much lower and the mechanical properties were enhanced for the CB/TGDY filled SBR composites compared with that of CB/GO filled SBR composites.Afterwards, the effect of TGDY content on the curing and mechanical properties of filled SBR composites was investigated and compared with that of GO filled SBR composites. The results showed that the curing rate and ΔM increased with increase of TGDY content. The result of swelling method showed that the cross-linking density of the system increased with increase of TGDY content. The CB dispersion was the best, when the TGDY content was 1.5 phr through the TEM observation and Payne effect analysis. The SBR/TGDY composites had both of the highest slipping resistance and the lowest rolling resistance, when the TGDY content was 0.5 phr,by means of the dynamic mechanical properties analysis. The stress at definite elongation increased, but the elongation at break and the tensile strength decreased first, and then increased, with increase of TGDY content.Based on the rubber elasticity equation and the MooneyRivlin theoretical analysis, the interfacial interaction between SBR/TGDY enhanced with increase of TGDY content. Finally, the non-isothermal and isothermal curing kinetic analysis of the unfilled,1phr GO and 1 phr TGDY filled SBR system were carried out by means of DSC and RPA thermal dynamic measurement methods, with the help of Ozawa model,Kissinger model and Arrhenius equation. The effect of curing temperature on mechanical properties of the three kinds of vulcanizates was investigated. The results showed that the GO filled system had the highest heating effect. However, the contribution of the heating effect on the cross-linking density and mechanical properties was lower, and the TGDY filled system had the highest contribution to the mechanical properties.Meanwhile, the curing reaction was approximately first order reaction. The mechanical properties measurement results showed that it increased and then decreased with increase of curing temperature. In which, the 1 phr TGDY filled SBR had the optimal mechanical properties when the curing temperature was 160 °C. |
