Inheritance And Innovative Application Of Zhoucheng Tie-dye Traditional Patterns In Dali

The main work of this study,the first is in the literature history of Dali Zhou Cheng sort out with the field survey,on the basis of ethnic culture characteristic,insight into zhoucheng tie-dyed patterns of the traditional form and process characteristics: by combing inductive tie-dye pattern,shape and composition characteristics,the composition of the elements analysis refining with good moral and cultural connotation;The interactive relationship between the producer/inheritor and the tie-dye works and techniques is demonstrated by investigating the raw materials and technological process of the traditional tie-dye production of Bai in Zhoucheng.Secondly,this study analyzes the artistic style,local characteristics and application value of the bai tie-dye pattern elements,forms and crafts of Zhoucheng Bai tie-dye in Dali through the comparative study of its production process with guizhou batik and Japanese tie-dye.Combining theory,practice and the background of the new era,using modern design methods,innovative design of traditional patterns;Through the design practice,it further explains the wide application space of Bai tie-dye in Zhoucheng city of Dali in other fields,endowing the traditional craft with the characteristics of modern art and making it shine again.Finally,through the collation of data on the transformation of the way of living of bai tie-dye in Zhoucheng of Dali under different historical backgrounds,the paper reviews the development status from a rational perspective and gives reasonable suggestions and opinions on how to break through the current predicament.Combined with the current national policy and local government’s support for ethnic and folk industries,through the study of Zhoucheng Bai tie dye,this paper provides a case of artistic empowerment,so as to inject design energy into rural revitalization.
