The increasing willingness to participate in sports stimulates the growth of the demand for diversified sports,which also drives the in-depth development of sports industry.As an important pillar industry in the sports industry,the sports goods industry is also developing rapidly,constantly innovating the development concept and development mode,thus setting off a service innovation upsurge in the field of sports industry.On the basis of seeking technological innovation and product renewal,more and more sporting goods enterprises turn to service innovation,trying to improve the development strength of enterprises from all-round and multi-angle,so as to continuously meet the diversified needs of sporting goods consumers.Therefore,it is of great value to clarify service innovation for the practical development of the sporting goods industry.This study will carry out in-depth research on the core line of service innovation of the sporting goods industry,so as to facilitate the high-quality development process of the sporting goods industry.This study first uses the research method of literature to summarize the ex isting literature on service innovation,the subject of service innovation and the innovation and development of sports goods industry,so as to ensure the feas ibility of the research starting point.At the same time,using content analysis,the sporting goods industry service innovation concept,the sporting goods indu stry to carry out the service innovation system to explore the necessity and the existing problems,and analyzes the content of the sports goods industry servi ce innovation elements,on the basis of further analysis of multidimensional col laborative mechanism of sports goods industry service innovation.On the basis of a clear grasp of the multi-dimensional coordination mechanism of service i nnovation in the sporting goods industry and an accurate understanding of the characteristics of the multi-dimensional coordination mechanism,it is found that the role of multiple interest subjects in the service innovation process of the sporting goods industry is extremely important,which provides a depth entry p oint for the follow-up chapters to follow the main body context.Based on the actual development of sports goods industry,sports goods enterprises,sports g oods suppliers and employees are selected as the key interest subjects in the s ervice innovation process of sports goods industry.In order to clarify the beha vior selection mechanism of these three parties in the process of service innov ation,the research method of evolutionary game is further introduced to constr uct a three-party game model.At the same time,the numerical simulation met hod is introduced to explore the behavior choice change patterns of three subje cts under different circumstances by changing relevant parameter Settings.Final ly get the following conclusions:(1)the sports goods industry service innovati on multidimensional collaborative mechanism operation innovation main body,i nternal and external environment and the development model elements such as content,based on multivariate main body and the internal and external environ ment,internal and external means such as all kinds of resources,through gathe ring industry convey the unique service value idea,to enhance the cohesion of the sporting goods industry and innovation;(2)the participants’initial particip ation strategy is stable at point E5(1,0,1)without interfering with the participa nts’willingness to participate,that is,the participants’interest choice(participati on,non-participation,active participation)is presented;(3)in some punishment measures or methods,the optimal strategy of the tripartite main body particip ation tends to be stable point E8(1,1,1),which at this time whether sports good s enterprises,and sporting goods suppliers,or the internal staff,the three sides will actively participate in the sports goods industry to carry out the service i nnovation of the process,in order to get to maximize the interests of three par ties;(4)after the establishment of the incentive mechanism,the optimal strateg y of three-party participation gradually tends to the stable point E8(1,1,1),that is,sporting goods enterprises,sporting goods suppliers and employees will acti vely participate in the service innovation process carried out by the sporting go ods industry.Based on the above research conclusions,relevant suggestions are put forward from the government level,the level of sporting goods enterprises,the level of sporting goods suppliers and the level of individual employees.S pecific performance is as follows:the government strengthens policy guidance t o support service innovation and development;Precise positioning of sporting g oods enterprises drives the process of service innovation;Sports goods supplier s actively seek change and participate in service innovation;Staff to improve s kills,speed up the process of service innovation,in order to provide reference for the practice of service innovation in sports goods industry.
