With the rapid development of my country’s economy,our people’s requirements for the comfort of clothing are becoming more and more strict.Cotton fiber has good moisture absorption effect,pure cotton fabric as thermal underwear has good comfort and health,and natural fiber is environmentally friendly,in line with the concept of green development.However,under the condition of heat and humidity,due to the hygroscopic swelling and deformation of the fiber and its own moisture absorption and storage,the speed of moisture conduction and moisture release is slow,which greatly reduces the moisture absorption and perspiration function of the pure cotton fabric,and affects the exchange of moisture and heat between the human skin and the outside world.,making the body feel stuffy.In order to develop pure cotton knitted thermal underwear fabrics with excellent moisture absorption and perspiration properties,in principle,pure cotton yarns can be made more hydrophobic through hydrophobic treatment,reduce the hygroscopic swelling and deformation phenomenon of cotton fibers when wet,and then build a better wicking channel through the design of the doublelayer(multi-layer)fabric structure,so that the humidity gradient inside and outside the fabric is large,and the sweat is wicked from the side close to the skin.This is accomplished by shifting the channel to the air side.Therefore,this topic discusses the treatment plan to make the fabric have the best moisture absorption and perspiration performance from the three links of the hydrophobic treatment of pure cotton yarn,the design and weaving of the fabric and the pretreatment of the fabric in the fabric preparation process.The evaluation standard of moisture absorption and quick-drying is used to test the static and dynamic indexes of the woven fabrics to evaluate the quality of each organization.The main research steps are as follows :(1)The optimal hydrophobic treatment process of the yarn was majorized by the control variable method and the orthogonal test method,and the optimal treatment process scheme was determined.The experimental results show that the hydrophobic effect of the yarn is the best when the concentration of the hydrophobic treatment agent is 6 wt%,the baking temperature is controlled at 130℃,and the baking time is controlled at 50 min,which is beneficial to the subsequent weaving of moisture-absorbing and sweat-wicking fabrics.(2)Four kinds of fabrics with good moisture absorption and perspiration performance theoretically were designed and woven,namely: weft plain stitch and weft plain stitch compound pattern and color weave.(3)The best process for the shaping treatment of grey cloth samples was studied,and the best treatment plan was determined.The experiment concluded that under the process conditions: 5 g/L soap powder(the active ingredient is sodium fatty acid)and 2 g/L Na2CO3 The solution is ready to use.Padding solution(95℃solution stirring and washing,time is 4 h)→ washing twice with running water → hanging drying in the air(no more than 60 ℃),the setting effect is the best.(4)Finally,the woven fabrics were tested for moisture absorption and quick-drying performance in accordance with the relevant standards in our country.The test results showed that the moisture absorption and perspiration properties of the four designed tissues were improved,and the three structures were relatively better. |
