At present,the apparel manufacturing industry is facing intense market competition pressure and changing user needs.Enterprises hope to meet future challenges through digital transformation.How to digitally upgrade the traditional clothing manufacturing industry is a problem faced by small and medium-sized clothing enterprises.Digital twins help businesses with flexible dynamic adjustments and low-cost simulated trial and error by making the most of virtual space.The deep integration of new-generation information technology and traditional manufacturing has promoted the research and application of digital twins in manufacturing.Digital twin technology provides a feasible way to realize the digital transformation development of garment manufacturing industry.Currently,research on digital twins is still in the conceptual stage.SMEs lack specific methods for digital twin modeling and system deployment of garment production lines.This paper applies digital twin to garment production line,and focuses on the key technologies and methods of digital twin modeling for garment production line.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the concept and five-dimensional model of digital twin are analyzed,and the operation mechanism of the existing digital twin workshop is discussed;the basic structure and basic class library of Automation ML are analyzed,and the basic concept and system architecture of OPC UA specification are discussed.Secondly,on the basis of the above analysis,the digital twin model of garment production line is studied.The main results are as follows:(1)The geometric model of garment production line is proposed.Based on 3D modeling software and existing tools for optimizing geometric models,the model performs geometric modeling on the key equipment of the garment production line,and is the basic model for constructing the 3D scene of the garment production line.(2)The garment production process model is proposed.This model takes the key data in the production process as the center to model and analyze the garment production process,and provides a reference for the deployment of the digital twin system of the garment production line.(3)The information model of garment production line is proposed.The information model is constructed based on Automation ML to solve the problem of difficult data interaction caused by the inconsistent data format in the garment production line.Finally,the digital twin system of garment production line is designed and implemented.The front-end display of the system is realized based on Unity and Web technology,and the backend service of the system is built using My SQL database and object-oriented programming language.Based on HTTP,Web Socket and OPC UA and other technologies,the data interaction interface is built,and the KEPServer EX industrial software is used to build the OPC UA server to collect the operation data of the production line.The system realizes the main functions of production line multi-dimensional monitoring,fault alarm,data visualization and humancomputer interaction,and provides help for production line managers to fully control production line information and make timely decisions.
