The commercialization of glucose sensors is a model of application of biosensors.It has overcomed the difficults of millions of diabetics.At present,GODx is applied in commercially available glucose sensors due to its Efficient catalysis.However,enzyme is usually expensive and easily affected by environmental factors.It limits the promoting of glucose sensors.In recent years,non-enzymatic sensors based on nanomaterials has attracted widely attention.AuNPs have high catalytic activity in glucose detection.As a result,AuNPs is an ideal material in building non-enzymatic glucose sensors.Another great nanometer material,graphene,because of its large specific surface area and great load capacity,is usually served as a substrate in non-enzymatic sensors.In this article,a novel non-enzymatic glucose sensor was built by the aid of π-π conjugation effect between graphene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon derivatives and electrocatalytic activity of AuNPs.The main achievements are as follows:1.Refer to traditional chlorosulfonic acid method,a new chlorosulfonic acid method was designed to synthesise PyMT.Using pyrene as raw material,PSC was synthesised through sulfonation reaction and acyl chlorination reaction.Then,refer to the synthesis principle of thionaphthol,PyMT was synthesised under 100℃ by the zinc powder reduction method.At last,FT-IR,UV-Vis and FS spectra were employed to characterize the products in each step of synthetic.2.In this part,a PyMT self-assembled film was formed on an Au disk electrode.Electrochemical method was employed to examine the best conditions of assembling PyMT.Then,graphene was prepared by a modified Hummers method and it was fixed on the electrode by the π-π conjugation effect.At last,a PyMT-RGO/Au electrode with excellent performance was prepared after a large number of optimizing experiments.The experimental results showed that the best PyMT-RGO/Au electrode could be prepared under following conditions:the concentration of PyMT solution wasis 1 mM,the mass concentration ratio between PyMT and RGO was 1:1 and the assembling should proceed 24 hours.3.On the basis of the second part of the experiment,the non-enzymatic glucose sensor(AuNPs/PyMT-RGO/Au)was prepared by Potentiostatic electro-depositing AuNPs on the serface of PyMT-RGO/Au.An electrochemical method was employed to test the performance of the sensor.And a chronoamperometry was applied to detect glucose by the sensor.The experimental results showed that linear range of the sensor was 1 mM to 100 mM,correlation coefficient was 0.991 and limit of detection was 0.57 mM.The advantage of the sensor was that the linear range of the sensor includes the blood glucose range and in this range,the sensor could resist the interference from AA,UA and other substances in blood.Furthermore,the sensor had good performance in testing of actual samples.Therefore,it had potential application value.
