Study On The Correlation Between The Evaluation Of Poverty And The Characteristics Of Ecological Vulnerability In The Central Soviet Area Of Gannan

This study from the ecological fragile degree hands, combining with the related data,according to the relevant research results, Jiangxi Soviet Area of fragile ecological environment comprehensive evaluation, and of ecological fragile degree and the comprehensive index of poor Jiangxi Soviet Area of lotus root analysis, in order to explore the application in ecological fragile area of poverty related to poverty alleviation mode, to coordinate the ecological fragile poverty areas of ecological environment and economic development to provide help. In a certain extent reflects the Jiangxi Soviet area ecological environment condition, provides the necessary information for the area of the development and utilization of resources and ecological protection and construction,highlighting the focus of governance. By the above described that the main conclusions as follows:(1) The Jiangxi Soviet area still exists in destruction of forest vegetation, soil erosion, acid rain pollution is serious pollution of surface water in locally intensified,solid waste pollution, environmental air pollution environmental problems.(2) Gannan Soviet area most of the region is in the strength of fragile areas,accounted for the entire Gannan Soviet Area 73%.Study area in 18 counties(cities),Xunwu County for mild vulnerable area, area for 5.87%; Chongyi County, Longnan County, Huichang County three administrative unit is slightly vulnerable.(16.66% of the area of Gannan Soviet; Shicheng County, Xingguo County, Anyuan County, Yudu County,Dingnan County, Shangyou County, QUANNAN County seven administrative unit for moderate vulnerability, accounted for the Jiangxi Soviet area area of 36.68%; Dayu County, Gan County, Ningdu County, Ruijin City, Xinfeng County, Zhanggong District,6 administrative unit for the intensity of the fragile, Gannan Soviet Area 36.39%accounted for; extremely fragile strength of Nankang County, accounting for 4.4% of the total area..(3) Jiangxi Soviet area including nine state-level poverty-stricken counties,accounted for 60% of the total area of the study area; its population is 53% area of the number of the region’s comprehensive poverty degree is quite high, the number of poor population and average income of the poor population is still relatively low.(4) Ecological fragile on distribution of poverty have a greater impact, and the impact of the income difference of urban and rural residents. With poverty rate increased,the ecological fragile degree and income gap between urban and rural residents showed higher trend of wave like distribution. And ecological fragile degree correlation according to related degree from high to low are as follows: the disposable income of urban residents, rural residents disposable income, the poverty population and the tal population.
