The Research On Ecological Land Classification And Ecological Red-Line Zone Classification Based On The Ecosystem Service Function

In recent years,with rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the situation of resources and environment is becoming increasingly serious in our country.Although the building of ecological environment protection is increased year by year.But in general,the pressure of increased resource constraints,the increased environmental pollution and the severe ecological degradation,make the ecological problem more complex,the resources of ecological environment deterioration trend has not been reversed.Under this background,the definite ecological red line area is a important strategic decision to building the strengthen regional ecological security pattern,containing ecological degradation trends,urging balance between the population resources and the environment,uniting the economic and social and ecological benefits.Based on Xichuan county in Henan province as an example,this paper try to county scale as the research unit,discussing the ecological land classification links up with the present situation of the ecological land classification and land use,and delineated the ecological red line area.The main research contents and conclusions were as follows:(1)This paper probes into the connotation and classification of ecological land,discussing the ecological land classification links up with the present situation of the ecological land classification and land use.Take Xichuan county as an example,screening the land use types in ecological land of Xichuan county.Identify Xichuan county’s main ecological land use types are:agricultural land,water land,reserved land,leisure land and special ecological land.(2)In this article,through analysis the present situation of the ecological environment and the regional society,economy,population and condition,to evaluate the importance ecosystem service function in Xichuan county.The main evaluation factor index are:biodiversity,water conservation and ecological system products provide,this three indicators are quantitative evaluation;Take nutrients protection,natural and cultural heritage protection and flood storage ecological service function on qualitative evaluation.Comprehensive evaluation result,the extremely important ecosystem services function with a total area of 51864.95 hm2,18.39%of the total area of the county.(3)This article selects the soil erosion,geological disasters and land bearing capacity as indicators factors,to evaluate ecological environment sensitivity in Xichuan county.First to evaluate the every single factor,and then comprehensive the various factors evaluation results in XiChuan county,the result of ecological environment highly sensitive area with a total area of 22572.72 hm2,8%of the total area of the county.(4)Based on the importance of ecosystem service function evaluation and the result of the ecological environment sensitivity evaluation,and assigned weight to both of them,because of the ecosystem service function has contributed greatly to the ecological environment and ecological system stability,so the ecosystem service function as the weight of 0.65.Relatively speaking,the ecological environment sensitivity with as the weight of 0.35,according to the computation of geographic information system GIS,to overlay ecological scope and area of red line area.At last,get the ecological red zone with a total area of 51441.91 hm2,18.24%of the total area of the county,and analyze the ecological red line area management and put forward the proposal.
