The forest in the reserve contains high concentrations of air negative ions,which can meet the needs of people to return to nature and health.Because it is very effective in purifying air,sterilizing,and body care.At present,there is no systematic study of air negative ions in the protection zone of Renzu Mountain.In this study,the distribution of air negative ions in the protection zone,the relationship between the change of negative ions and the impact factors.It can provide guidance for tourists in forest tourism and provide scientific advice for the construction of forest conservation in Renzushan Nature Reserve.The study set up three different types of plots in the Renzushan Nature Reserve,and conducted on-site monitoring from March to December 2019.Through excel2007,Origin2018 and spss22.0 software,using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to calculate and analyze the monitoring data,the results show that:(1)Renzushan Nature Reserve from March to December,the largest negative ion concentration value in August,December The value is the smallest,spring,summer,autumn,winter and four seasons,summer is greater than autumn,autumn is greater than spring,and spring is greater than winter;Forest(1141 /cm~3)> Pinus tabulaeformis forest(1089 / cm~3)> organic open space(799 / cm~3);(3)There is a positive correlation between the air negative ion concentration and the monthly change of air temperature and humidity in Renzushan Nature Reserve,that is,with the air The temperature and humidity increase and rise,but it is negatively correlated with PM2.5;(4)The content of air negative ions in the protected area has the strongest correlation with air temperature;(5)The air temperature and humidity in the open space of the protected area are significantly positively correlated with negative ions,while There is no linear correlation between air negative ions in Robinia pseudoacacia forest and air temperature and humidity.
