Lincomycin hydrochloride,also known as lincomycin in industry,Lincomycin hydrochloride was isolated from the culture of Streptomyces.Lincomycin hydrochloride is a commonly used antibiotic in clinical medicine.At present,the purification of lincomycin hydrochloride is mainly studied by changing the solvent.There are also some studies on the extraction of lincomycin hydrochloride from fermentation broth.In addition,the basic molecular structure of lincomycin hydrochloride was characterized.Based on the phenomenon of different crystal impurities in lincomycin hydrochloride,the crystal control and impurity removal process of lincomycin hydrochloride was studied.Firstly,the polymorphism of lincomycin hydrochloride was studied experimentally.Lincomycin hydrochloride has two crystal types Ⅰ and Ⅱ,two crystal types were obtained by recrystallization of lincomycin hydrochloride raw materials.Two kinds of crystal thermogravimetric(TG),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and differential thermal scanner(DSC)were characterized to analyze their chemical and physical parameters.Powder X-ray apparatus(XRD)was used to establish the quantitative and qualitative analysis method of crystal morphology.The solubility data of lincomycin hydrochloride and lincomycin hydrochloride in water were analyzed and determined.Finally,the effects of agitation strength,cooling rate and crystallization temperature on the crystal shape of lincomycin hydrochloride were studied experimentally under the cooling crystallization condition.
