The rapid pace of industrialization and urbanization in China has won great development opportunities for the construction industry.However,the work of energy saving,emission reduction and ecological protection is facing greater development pressure,and the rise and development of green building is imperative.The construction industry is the pillar industry of economic development.Paying attention to the energy conservation and emission reduction of the construction industry is not only the demand of industrial development,but also the demand of macroeconomic development,and is conducive to the sustainable development of the whole society.In this paper,on the basis of the full life cycle theory,in the northern area of Shenyang green building M project as an example,the use of cost calculation method,the incremental cost calculation model,the environmental benefit and economic benefit calculation model,the analysis M project as a whole in the process of the implementation of green building in the incremental cost indexes of saving energy,water,land,it is concluded that the cost of using green building technology input increment,on the basis of using the formula of energy saving,net present value method to the project measure analysis,economic and environmental benefits through cost increment and economic and environmental benefits of contrast,It is concluded that the sum of economic and environmental benefits of Shenyang green building M project is greater than the incremental cost,and the project is feasible.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The incremental cost of using new technologies such as land saving,water saving,energy saving and material saving in Shenyang M green building project is 46.005 million yuan,so the economic benefit is 34.6024 million yuan.The economic benefit of the project is less than the incremental cost,and the difference is-3.8066 million yuan.(2)Through the calculation of the environmental benefits of M green building project in Shenyang,it is concluded that the environmental benefits are 25.4964 million yuan.On the premise of only considering the environmental benefits,the environmental benefits of M green building project in Shenyang are also less than the incremental costs,with a difference of-12.912 million yuan.(3)From the double perspective of economic benefit and environmental benefit,the study concluded that the comprehensive economic and environmental benefit of M green building project in Shenyang was greater than the incremental cost,with the benefit of 21.6899 million yuan,and the project was feasible.This conclusion provides economic basis and practical reference for improving people’s cognition of green building and developers’ choice of building green building. |
