In this paper,the application of waste brick powder obtained after demolition of abandoned buildings after demolition was treated to replace part of cement and sand in cement mortar binder for ceramic tiles.It is concluded that it can meet the requirements for the use of special adhesives for ceramic tiles,and a preliminary study of the application prospects of waste brick powder ceramic binder mortar is made.Through the relevant physical performance test of the waste clay brick powder and the chemical composition of the relevant raw materials,the mix ratio of the test material is determined,and the special performance optimization is carried out according to the basic performance test and the special performance test of the adhesive.The test found that the brick material used in the test has low strength,and the waste brick powder that can be recycled after treatment is porous structure,and the water absorption rate is large.On the other hand,the raw materials of clay bricks are fired from traditional clay bricks,so the waste brick powder It has high temperature resistance and good thermal insulation effect,so the utilization rate is considerable.In this paper,the L16(45)orthogonal test is selected.First,the proportion of the mixture is determined through the experiment.Secondly,it is finally determined by consulting relevant literature and data.Five factors are selected as the proportion of waste brick powder to replace cement,and brick powder to replace river sand for construction,the ratio of latex powder,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and lignocellulose,corresponding to the four levels are 5%,10%,15%,20%;10%,20%,30%,40%;1%,2%,3%,4%;0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%;0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%;the compressive strength,flexural strength,tensile adhesion were selected in the test.The five indicators of knot strength,slippage and lateral deformation were used for data analysis to determine the composition ratio of waste brick powder instead of ceramic tile bonding mortar and the admixture ratio to obtain the optimal configuration of the adhesive.According to the experimental results,the optimal mixture ratio of the ceramic tile adhesive is A3B4C2D4E1,that is,5%waste brick powder is used to replace cement,40%waste brick powder is used to replace river sand,2%latex powder content,0.4%hydroxyl group,the optimal mixing ratio of propyl methyl cellulose and 0.1%lignocellulose.The experimental results show that the application of waste brick powder within the scope of this paper to replace part of cement and river sand in ceramic tile adhesive adhesive mortar is satisfactory.Based on the waste brick powder ceramic tile binder mortar under this study Incorporating recycled materials,comprehensive consideration is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly green building material.Finally,it has broad application prospects from the three perspectives of mechanical properties,economic benefits,energy saving and environmental protection.
