In recent years,due to serious atmospheric pollution,especially in winter,when the haze and weather increase,the outdoor air quality has not met human living standards,making people indoor activities.Indoor air quality has become an important factor that affects the health of the body,so the quality of indoor air quality monitoring is an important indicator,especially for narrow and closed spaces.This paper designs an indoor air quality monitoring gateway system based on ZigBee,Can monitor PM2.5 data in multiple locations indoors.In order to realize the collection,transmission,storage and display of air quality,intelligent indoor air quality monitoring is realized.This paper designs a complete set of Internet of Things solutions,consisting of three parts:perception layer,network layer and application layer.The perception layer is located at the bottom of the system and includes PM2.5 sensors.It is responsible for collecting indoor PM2.5 parameters,which are collected by terminal nodes and added to the ZigBee network.The network layer is mainly composed of the ZigBee network and the Internet,relying on the ZigBee wireless network and TCP/IP communication architecture to achieve data transmission.The application layer is mainly a cloud platform and an end user monitoring gateway to realize human-computer interaction functions.The design can collect air quality data from multiple locations at the same time,transmit data through the ZigBee wireless network,deploy the Mesh network by the terminal,router,and coordinator,and finally transmit the collected data to the coordinator,and the coordinator transmits to the PC through Uart.The data is transmitted to the cloud in the form of a gateway,and the data can be obtained in real time by accessing the cloud at a distance through various terminals.The focus of the design is on the application of communication protocols and gateway design,including the application of ZigBee protocol,the transmission of Uart protocol,the transmission of TCP/IP protocol,Http protocol,and the ZigBee wireless sensor network as the communication basis between the terminal and the coordinator.The information collection and upload is realized through a custom environmental information request protocol.The protocol gateway serves as the communication foundation between the ZigBee network and the Internet,and realizes the Internet from the local area network to the Internet of things.This allows ZigBee network and other networks to access the Internet at any time.The system Realized a true IoT solution.Upload the collected data to the cloud platform,the data can be stored and analyzed in the cloud,and historical data can be queried on the cloud platform.The end user’s monitoring gateway can access and download cloud platform data in real time,which greatly facilitates users.After testing,this system can realize the systematic analysis and management of indoor air quality PM2.5 data.It proves that the system is feasible and practical and easy to expand and popularize.
